Sekuestrohen n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale parat\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb mjek\u00ebt p\u00ebr kryerjen e operacionit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strukturat Hetimore t\u00eb DVP Shkod\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, me mb\u00ebshtetjen e forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me \u201cShqiponjat\u201d t\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Prokurorin\u00eb e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Shkod\u00ebr, organizuan dhe finalizuan operacionin policor t\u00eb koduar \u201cBisturia\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit u b\u00eb ndalimi p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKorrupsioni pasiv i personave q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb funksione publike\u201d, i shtetasve: S. M., 34 vje\u00e7, me profesion mjek kirurg ortoped pran\u00eb Spitalit Universitar t\u00eb Traum\u00ebs Tiran\u00eb dhe E. S., 45 vje\u00e7, me profesion mjek anestezist reanimator pran\u00eb Spitalit Universitar t\u00eb Traum\u00ebs Tiran\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Gjithashtu u b\u00eb ndalimi p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKorrupsion aktiv i personave q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb funksione publike\u201d, i shtetasit F. D, 40 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndalimi i tyre u b\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye se n\u00eb ambientet e nj\u00eb qendre spitalore n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, pas nj\u00eb operacioni mjek\u00ebsor q\u00eb kirurgu S. M. dhe anestezisti E. S. i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shtetasit Elmidin Dyli, i plagosur mbr\u00ebmjen e dat\u00ebs 27 qershor, n\u00eb Velipoj\u00eb, i ati i pacientit, shtetasi F. D. dyshohet se iu ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb dy mjek\u00ebve nj\u00eb sasi parash p\u00ebr kryerjen e operacionit. Pas kontrolleve t\u00eb ushtruara, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb kan\u00eb gjetur dhe sekuestruar n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale shum\u00ebn 377.000 lek\u00eb t\u00eb rinj dhe 55 euro.
