Sulmi, i cili mesa duket lidhet me identitetin seksual t\u00eb viktim\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb zbardhet plot\u00ebsisht dhe menj\u00ebher\u00eb nga policia dhe organet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Ne si Ambasad\u00eb Gjermane kund\u00ebrshtojm\u00eb me vendosm\u00ebri \u00e7do forme t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs verbale dhe fizike, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe e drejtuar kjo ndaj pakicave dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes LGBTIQ. Ne do t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen ton\u00eb p\u00ebr barazin\u00eb dhe kund\u00ebr diskriminimit.\u201d-<\/em> thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e ambasad\u00ebs gjermane.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr dhunimin e nj\u00eb 21-vje\u00e7areje transgjinore t\u00eb dhunuar fizikisht dhe verbalisht n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb identitetit t\u00eb saj seksual.
