Un\u00eb b\u00ebra kat\u00ebr propozime n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em> Gjasht\u00eb shtetet e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor e avansojn\u00eb CEFTA-n n\u00eb SEFTA (South-East European Free Trade Agreement) sipas modelit t\u00eb EFTA-EEA, pra marr\u00ebveshje \u00e7far\u00eb Lihtenshtajni, Norvegjia dhe Islanda kan\u00eb me BE-n\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em> Kosova dhe Serbia menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruajn\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb paqes duke u zotuar se nuk do ta sulmojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme tani si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pas Samitit t\u00eb NATO-s n\u00eb Bruksel dhe porosive unanime q\u00eb u dhan\u00eb aty.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em> Pas njohjes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjellt\u00eb midis Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb dy vendet tona do t\u00eb kemi reciprocitet bilateral, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e pakicave k\u00ebtu.
