Paneli i apelit prej pes\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebsh theksoi se Mlladi\u00e7 kishte d\u00ebshtuar t\u00eb siguronte prova p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvleft\u00ebsuar d\u00ebnimet e m\u00ebparshme kund\u00ebr tij. Vendimi u vonua nga v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb teknike, t\u00eb cilat vazhduan gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb seanc\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mlladi\u00e7 kishte denoncuar gjykat\u00ebn gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij t\u00eb apelit n\u00eb gusht, duke e quajtur at\u00eb nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb fuqive per\u00ebndimore. Avokat\u00ebt e tij kishin argumentuar se ai ishte shum\u00eb larg Srebrenic\u00ebs kur ndodhi masakra. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mlladi\u00e7, i njohur si &#8220;Kasapi i Bosnj\u00ebs&#8221;, ishte nj\u00eb nga t\u00eb dyshuarit e fundit q\u00eb u p\u00ebrball me gjyqin n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Penale Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr ish Jugosllavin\u00eb.
