Mes t\u00eb arrestuarve ishte dhe Florenc \u00c7apja, an\u00ebtar i familjes \u00c7apja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb 2019, policia deklaroi se u zbatuan 4 vendime t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nga Gjykata e rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Elbasan. Vendimet ishin p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje kriminale t\u00eb ndodhura n\u00eb vitet 2006, 2012, 2013 dhe 2017, por q\u00eb gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb fundit ishin rihapur p\u00ebr hetim. Ngjarjet kan\u00eb lidhje me vrasjes e ish-policit Fadil Mema,dhe \u00a0Gentian dhe Nezit Beqirajt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ata akuzohen p\u00ebr vrasje t\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb ndaj Fadil Mem\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2006. Sipas policis\u00eb autor i k\u00ebtij atentati ka qen\u00eb Florenc \u00c7apja, i cili\u00a0n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb akuzuar\u00a0edhe\u00a0p\u00ebr vrasjen e Mem\u00ebs\u00a0\u2013 ekzekutuar m\u00eb 13 mars 2015 n\u00eb Torino, Itali \u2013 dhe Gentian Beqirit. T\u00eb dy k\u00ebta akuzoheshin nga familja \u00c7apja p\u00ebr vrasjen e Sokol \u00c7apjes \u2013 vrar\u00eb m\u00eb 26 dhjetor 2005.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vitin 2012, ata u gjykuan p\u00ebr porositjen e vrasjes s\u00eb Nezir dhe Gentian Beqirajt. Sipas policis\u00eb autor\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj vrasjeje t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb jan\u00eb Ervis Bardhi (38 vje\u00e7) dhe Etien \u00c7ani (28-vje\u00e7).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb 2016, Ardian \u00c7apja u arrestua p\u00ebr sulm ndaj policis\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me dy t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, por m\u00eb pas u la i lir\u00eb nga policia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ardjhan Capja i ka shp\u00ebtuar tre atentateve n\u00eb Elbasan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00eb 8 qershor 2020 ai u plagos n\u00eb nj\u00eb atentat me snajper brenda sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb tij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vitin 2017, Ardian \u00c7apja u shp\u00ebtoi dy atentateve me arm\u00eb dhe eksploziv.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Autoritetet n\u00eb Dubai kan\u00eb arrestuar Florenc \u00c7apjan t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nga organet ligjzbatuese shqiptare, raporton Abc News.
