Por Gjykata e Posa\u00e7me e Apelit e prishi vendimin dhe e ktheu p\u00ebr rigjykim n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e par\u00eb. Pas k\u00ebtij vendimi, ish-ministri Tahiri b\u00ebri rekurs e Gjykata e Lart\u00eb pranoi ta rigjykoj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tahiri u akuzua p\u00ebr tre penale: \u201cKorrupsion t\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb\u201d, \u201cTrafik t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim\u201d dhe \u201cGrup t\u00eb strukturuar kriminal\u201d, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb dosjes \u2018Habilaj\u2019.
