P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i PD-s\u00eb n\u00eb KAS, avokati Marash Logu tha se Damian Gjiknuri, Alket Hyseni, Afrim Qendro, Vilma Peto, Vullnet Sinaj si dhe drejtor\u00ebt Klodian Troci e Erion Osmanaj jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb shitblerjen e vot\u00ebs n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 25 prillit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qark.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb parashtrimit t\u00eb ankes\u00ebs, Logu, tha se PS-ja ka p\u00ebrdorur administrat\u00ebn e buxhetin publik p\u00ebr shitblerjen e vot\u00ebs. Ai ceku dh\u00ebnien e legalizimeve n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin, vendimin p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e kredive t\u00eb buta nga ana e bashkis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb si dhe dh\u00ebnien e tollonave t\u00eb naft\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithashtu avokati i PD-s\u00eb tha se para zgjedhjeve jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pun\u00ebsime n\u00eb administrat\u00eb n\u00eb shkelje me ligjin si dhe jan\u00eb paraqitur projekte jav\u00ebt e fundit, n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb ligjit q\u00eb e ndalon k\u00ebt\u00eb veprimtari kat\u00ebr muaj para zgjedhjeve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e LSI-s\u00eb nga ana e saj ngriti pretendimin e mohimit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb vot\u00ebs p\u00ebr emigrant\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Greqi e Maqedoni t\u00eb Veriut pas vendimit t\u00eb Komitetit t\u00eb Ekspert\u00ebve p\u00ebr karantimin e tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i PS-s\u00eb nga ana e tij tha se opozita duhet t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqej nga k\u00ebrkesa ankimore pasi sipas tij nuk po thot\u00eb asgj\u00eb t\u00eb re duke k\u00ebrkuar shpalljen e rezultatit zyrtar sa m\u00eb shpejt.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Komisioni i Ankimimeve dhe Sanksioneve ka shqyrtuar sot ankesat p\u00ebr Qarkun e Vlor\u00ebs.
