N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mbledhje \u00ebsht\u00eb votuar q\u00eb Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs t’i lihet nj\u00eb afat p\u00ebr t\u2019u paraqitur n\u00eb komision nga nes\u00ebr deri t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn e ardhshme q\u00eb t\u00eb vendos\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vij\u00eb kur t\u00eb doj\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPresidenti konteston legjitimitetin e Kuvendit, ngre pretendime procedurale lidhur me shkresat e Komisionit Hetimor. Ai thot\u00eb se n\u00eb dy rastet ku i \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar thirrja p\u00ebr t\u2019u paraqitur n\u00eb seancat d\u00ebgjimore, ka qen\u00eb i angazhuar. Secili nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e komisionit, mund t\u00eb njihet me tekstin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb shkres\u00ebs dhe argumentet e presidentit. Un\u00eb propozoj, q\u00eb duke mund\u00ebsuar d\u00ebgjes\u00ebn e presidentit, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar edhe pal\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb le t\u00eb themi pala n\u00ebn hetim, sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs, rregullores s\u00eb Kuvendit, por edhe detyrim i k\u00ebtij komisioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar Presidentin, por edhe q\u00ebndrim dhe e drejt\u00eb nga ana e tij. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Propozoj t\u2019i nisim nj\u00eb shkres\u00eb Presidentit, q\u00eb ne si komision, jemi t\u00eb hapur p\u00ebr ta d\u00ebgjuar nga e nes\u00ebrmja deri dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb. P\u00ebr ta d\u00ebgjuar, e t\u00eb shmangur alibit\u00eb. Nga data 19 maj deri t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn. Ne e kemi t\u00eb pamundur q\u00eb p\u00ebrtej dit\u00ebs s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00eb, 24 maj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar veprimtarin\u00eb hetimore. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
