Detyrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb q\u00eb provat tu vihen n\u00eb dispozicion procesit ankimor dhe sa koh\u00eb k\u00ebto prova nuk disponohen, procesi nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i plot\u00eb, i qart\u00eb dhe \u00e7do mosmarr\u00ebveshje zgjedhore nuk mund t\u00eb zgjidhet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>KQZ ka detyrimin t\u00eb administroj\u00eb \u00e7do q\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb pal\u00ebt garuese n\u00eb proces zgjedhor dhe ankimuese, nuk kan\u00eb patur mund\u00ebsi ta sigurojn\u00eb dot vet\u00eb. PD gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb ka pretenduar e ka t\u00eb provuar dhe provat i ka t\u00eb depozituara n\u00eb KAS, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publike.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Ne kemi pretenduar q\u00eb dimensioni i plot\u00eb i gjith\u00e7kaje q\u00eb ka ndodhur do t\u00eb publikohet dhe do t\u00eb vij\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen e publikut n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e KQZ vet\u00ebm pasi t\u00eb administrohet i gjith\u00eb dokumentacioni q\u00eb ata refuzojn\u00eb q\u00eb ta ndajn\u00eb me PD, mediat dhe aktor\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00eb.
