\u201cJam e lumtur t\u00eb v\u00eb re q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha isntitucionet e lindura si rezultat i zbatimit t\u00eb reform\u00ebs aktualisht po funksionojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kumtimplot\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dininim se p\u00ebrparimi nuk do ishte i leht\u00eb, po fal\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve tuaja reforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi po l\u00ebviz p\u00ebrpara hap pas hapi. Institucionet jan\u00eb duke funksionuar tashm\u00eb dhe po japin rezultate t\u00eb prekshme p\u00ebr pupullin shqiptar. Publiku duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesi m\u00eb i madh i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ju, institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe ju q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbeni atyre. Drejt\u00ebsia e sundimi i ligjit duhet t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb popullit. Si titullar\u00eb t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb keni nderin dhe detyr\u00ebn t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbeni popullit shqiptar. Dua t\u2019ju fal\u00ebnderoj p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb pun\u00ebn e palodhur.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Reforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi ka b\u00ebr\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpara, por mbetet ende p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb shtegun e pranimit n\u00eb BE.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb e kemi patur biseda t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, por shpresoj q\u00eb ta keni ditur se k\u00ebto gj\u00ebra kan\u00eb ardhur nga nj\u00eb mik. Keni paguar nj\u00eb \u00e7mim t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe d\u00ebshiroj t\u2019ju fal\u00ebnderoj p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Tani \u00ebsht\u00eb koha t\u00eb tregojm\u00eb se jeni t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar ndaj drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, jo interesave partiake apo individuale dhe se drejt\u00ebsia shqiptare mund t\u00eb jap\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paanshme.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
