C., (kryetar i deg\u00ebs lokale i nj\u00eb subjekti politik), dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur i bllokuar deri n\u00eb mb\u00ebrritjen e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, me pretendimin se ky shtetas, posedonte materiale q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndikonin n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga verifikimet e kryera dhe kontrolli i ushtruar nga grupi hetimor n\u00eb automjetin q\u00eb drejtonte shtetasi A.
