M akuzohet se ka tentuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrplas\u00eb dy her\u00eb me makin\u00eb, nj\u00eb burr\u00eb e grua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas policis\u00eb, ai kishte debatuar fillimisht me burrin, me t\u00eb cilin ishin rrahur me grushta. M\u00eb pas i ka hipur makin\u00ebs dhe ka tentuar ta shtyp\u00eb at\u00eb, s\u00ebbashku me t\u00eb shoqen. Por pasi nuk ka mundur t\u2019i p\u00ebrplas\u00eb, ka goditur vet\u00ebm mjetin e tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">NJOFTIMI I POLICIS\u00cb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tentoi t\u00eb godiste me mjet, nj\u00eb shtetas dhe bashk\u00ebshorten e tij, arrestohet n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 39-vje\u00e7ari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 6, pas njoftimit t\u00eb marr\u00eb se n\u00eb bulevardin \u201cMigjeni\u201d po konfliktoheshin dy shtetas, menj\u00ebher\u00eb kan\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb vendngjarje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rast\u00ebsisht n\u00eb vendngjarje \u00ebsht\u00eb ndodhur nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs policie i Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me \u201cShqiponja\u201d, i cili ka nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb. Fal\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb tij n\u00eb koh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb i mundur parandalimi i p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimit t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb konfliktit q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonte n\u00eb nj\u00eb vrasje t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb, pasi shtetasi T. M. po tentonte t\u00eb godiste me mjet shtetasin G. M. dhe bashk\u00ebshorten e tij. N\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb \u201cShqiponjave\u201d kan\u00eb mb\u00ebrritur m\u00eb pas edhe sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 6, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur prangosjen e shtetasit T. M.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga hetimet e kryera ka rezultuar se shtetasit T. M dhe G. M. fillimisht kishin debatuar p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cBesim Alla\u201d dhe pas disa minutash, tek bulevardi \u201cMigjeni\u201d ishin konfliktuar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri me grushte me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. Pas konfliktit, shtetasi T. M. ka marr\u00eb mjetin e tij dhe ka tentuar dy her\u00eb t\u00eb godiste me mjet shtetasin G. M. dhe bashk\u00ebshorten e tij, por pasi nuk ia ka arritur q\u00ebllimit, ka d\u00ebmtuar m\u00eb pas mjetin e shtetasit G. M.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit T. M., 39 vje\u00e7, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cVrasja\u201d e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb\u201d, \u201cShkat\u00ebrrim i pron\u00ebs me dashje\u2018\u2019dhe\u2019\u2019Plagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si dhe u procedua n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb shtetasi G.
