N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e sotme plenare n\u00eb Kuvend, kryetari i grupit parlamentar t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialiste, Taulant Balla, u ndal tek vota e emigrant\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, Balla tha se PD-ja dhe LSI-ja kan\u00eb kusht\u00ebzuar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e emigrant\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar duke bllokuar k\u00ebt\u00eb ndryshim n\u00eb Kodin Zgjedhor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa ai fliste n\u00eb sall\u00eb kishte ovacione nga deputet\u00eb t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, dhe k\u00ebtu Balla nuk nguroi p\u00ebrmendte presidentin e Republik\u00ebs Ilir Meta, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin tha se \u201ci ka ikur mendja\u2019. Ai i referohet incidentit t\u00eb pak dit\u00ebve m\u00eb par\u00eb, ku pati nj\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje mes presidentit Meta dhe polic\u00ebve bashkiak\u00eb t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, n\u00eb zyrat e FRD-s\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cE them publikisht q\u00eb vota e emigrant\u00ebve m\u00eb 25 prill \u00ebsht\u00eb bllokuar nga PD-LSI. Ata e kan\u00eb penguar k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Ajo q\u00eb un\u00eb po them, un\u00eb nuk e di arsyen pse PD dhe LSI kan\u00eb kaq urrejtje ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb aq territorit.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Ne kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka kemi mundur, kemi hapur \u00e7el\u00ebsat e duhur n\u00eb Kodin zgjedhor. Ju falenderoj dhe juve p\u00ebr ndryshimin e Kodit Zgjedhor, por PD dhe LSI e kan\u00eb bllokuar p\u00ebrfundimisht.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

I ftoj qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb territorit, n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb kontribut i vyer.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

K\u00ebto do t\u00eb jen\u00eb zgjedhjet e fundit q\u00eb zhvillohen me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim t\u00eb partive politike n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn zgjedhore.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Dhe duke synuar \u00e7militarizimin politik t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit n\u00eb KQZ, ajo q\u00eb dua t\u2019iu them \u00ebsht\u00eb se nuk mund t\u00eb marrim asnj\u00eb lloj vendimi q\u00eb e largon PD-n\u00eb nga zgjedhjet.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Sot q\u00eb flasim PD nuk ka depozituar ende list\u00ebn e kandidat\u00ebve, dim\u00eb ne q\u00eb Luli del dhe thot\u00eb nuk marr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje. Pjes\u00ebmarrja e opozit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri dhe ne kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb PD t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje. Un\u00eb njoh nj\u00eb person q\u00eb ka kaluar n\u00eb k\u00ebto faza, \u00ebsht\u00eb Ilir Meta, n\u00eb fillim i iku dashuria, pastaj i iku qet\u00ebsia, tani m\u00eb duket i ka ikur dhe mendja.
