Me nj\u00eb akt te paprecedent, n\u00eb\u00a0 shkelje flagrante te aktit normativ, pa me kontaktuar, pa njoftim, pa prova, duke sajuar situata te paqena dhe pa me dh\u00ebn\u00eb procesverbal, Policia e Qarkut dhe drejtuesi i saj Ferdinant Mara, m\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuan me gjobe mua dhe pronarin e lokalit ku un\u00eb pija kafe, sipas urdhrave qe marrin nga Niko Peleshi.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
