N\u00eb prag t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 25 prillit Kryeministri Edi Rama, rivendos ekuilibrat n\u00eb Partin\u00eb Socialiste, mes socialisteve t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr dhe prurjeve t\u00eb reja q\u00eb u promovuan gjat\u00eb 8 viteve t\u00eb rilindjes. Nj\u00eb nga Themeluesit\u00a0 e PS, Akademik Prof. Dr Anastas Angjeli, u em\u00ebrua sot Kryetar i Komisionit Parlamentar t\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb dhe Financave. Angjeli \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga ekspertet me t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb fush\u00ebs se ekonomis\u00eb dhe Financave, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 kontributit prej tre dekadash si politikan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Anastas Angjeli, Prof. Dr n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e ekonomis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb financ\u00ebs, me nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb shquar, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb financave publike dhe t\u00eb reformave strukturore n\u00eb ekonomi. Prej vitit 1982 e m\u00eb pas ka kontribuar n\u00eb profesoratin e Fakultetit t\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs e m\u00eb tej, pas vitit 1990 me angazhimet e tij n\u00eb politik\u00eb. Deputet i Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr disa mandate q\u00eb nga 1991 n\u00eb vazhdim, Minist\u00ebr i Ekonomis\u00eb, Minist\u00ebr i Financave dhe Minist\u00ebr i Pun\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb \u00c7\u00ebshtjeve Sociale. Prof.Dr.Angjeli \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluesi i Universitetit Mesdhetar t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, an\u00ebtar i Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe an\u00ebtar i Akademis\u00eb Evropiane t\u00eb Shkencave dhe Arteve.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb afirmuar si nj\u00eb nga ekonomist\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb shquar, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb aplikimin e reformave t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb tregut n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Kontributi i tij i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr reform\u00ebn buxhetore e fiskale, p\u00ebr zhvillimin e sistemit financiar (bankar dhe jo bankar), p\u00ebr zbatimin e politikave fiskale n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb biznesit dhe t\u00eb investimeve vendase e t\u00eb huaja n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebr zhvillimin e liris\u00eb ekonomike, p\u00ebr kryerjen e reformave strukturore dhe privatizimin e ekonomis\u00eb, p\u00ebr liberalizimin e integrimin e ekonomis\u00eb Shqiptare n\u00eb at\u00eb rajonale dhe evropiane, gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb tranzicionit \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar jo vet\u00ebm nga opinioni publik vendas por edhe nga institucionet ekonomiko \u2013 financiare nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
