Por prokuroria thot\u00eb se nuk e ka provuar dot q\u00eb ata t\u00eb ken\u00eb konsumuar k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dosja 184 kaloi t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 5 her\u00eb nga Dibra n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Krime t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, SPAK.
