Gjithashtu ka d\u00ebmtuar rrug\u00ebn n\u00eb Lal\u00ebz e Dra\u00e7<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em> N\u00eb Rrashbull fshati Shkallnur ka rr\u00ebshqitje dheu e bllokim i rrug\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb subjekti Kodra e Kuajve.
