Organizata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Pun\u00ebs (ILO) referoi se pun\u00ebsimi informal n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb 56.7% e totalit t\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve q\u00eb raportohen nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Anket\u00ebs s\u00eb Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Pun\u00ebs, e realizuar nga INSTAT n\u00eb vitin 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

Duke p\u00ebrjashtuar bujq\u00ebsin\u00eb, informaliteti n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebrllogaritet 32.2%.<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat nga grafiku bashk\u00ebngjitur tregojn\u00eb se nga ata q\u00eb punojn\u00eb, vet\u00ebm 43.3% paguajn\u00eb sigurime dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb, shumica i takon sektorit t\u00eb bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nga totali i punonj\u00ebsve informat\u00eb, 63,9% i p\u00ebrkasin sektorit t\u00eb bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, 12.6% sektorit t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb, 7,6% nd\u00ebrtimit, 4,2% restoranteve dhe hoteleve. M\u00eb tej, n\u00eb sektorin e industris\u00eb, punojn\u00eb 3.2% punonj\u00ebsve informal\u00eb, n\u00eb transport 3%, n\u00eb sektorin e sh\u00ebrbimeve, 1.9%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aktivitet profesionale, ato t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs publike, artit dhe arg\u00ebtimit jan\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb ekspozuara ndaj pun\u00ebsimit informal.<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat m\u00eb t\u00eb detajuara tregojn\u00eb se meshkujt jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb prirur p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar n\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb. 59% e totalit t\u00eb meshkujve q\u00eb punojn\u00eb ishin n\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb, kundrejt 54% t\u00eb femrave. Duke p\u00ebrjashtuar sektorin bujq\u00ebsor, 40% e meshkujve t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar jan\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb, kundrejt 32.2% e femrave.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nga totali i personave q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb, 73% e tyre punojn\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitete q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb formalizuar n\u00eb tatime dhe 26% t\u00eb tjer\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitete sht\u00ebpiake si t\u00eb vet\u00ebpun\u00ebsuar. Vet\u00ebm 0.6% e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve pa sigurimeve punojn\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitete t\u00eb regjistruara n\u00eb tatime.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deri n\u00eb vitin 2019, Shqip\u00ebria kishte nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor me 53.8% t\u00eb forc\u00ebs s\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebs, por Banka Bot\u00ebrore ka analizuar se, rritja e pun\u00ebsimit mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb reflektuar pjes\u00ebrisht formalizmin n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Pas vitit 2015, qeveria ka ushtruar aksione kund\u00ebr informalitetit, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e shtuar e pun\u00ebsimit t\u00eb jet\u00eb vet\u00ebm formalizim.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por anketa e forc\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs e analizuar nga ILO tregon se pun\u00ebsimi informal vijon t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen shqet\u00ebsues p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, i cili mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohet m\u00eb tej nga kriza e pandemis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2019, INSTAT raportoi si t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar 1,2 milion\u00eb persona, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u raportuan se paguajn\u00eb sigurime nga Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Tatimeve vet\u00ebm 782 mij\u00eb persona.\/B.Hoxha<\/span><\/p>\n
