\u201cKastrati Group\u201d i bleu aksionet nga \u201cReal Fortress Private Limited\u201d, n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb grupit kinez t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve financiare \u201cChina Everbright\u201d, q\u00eb n\u00eb prill 2016 se kishte n\u00ebnshkruar marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr blerjen e t\u00eb drejtave koncesionare n\u00eb Aeroportin Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kostoja e operacionit p\u00ebr blerjen e aksioneve i ka kushtuar Kastratin 71 milion\u00eb q\u00eb do kryhet p\u00ebrmes dy pagesave.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marr\u00ebveshja mes \u201cKastrati Group\u201d dhe \u201cReal Fortress Private Limited\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar m\u00eb 1 dhjetor 2020 dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Biznesit m\u00eb 18 dhjetor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grupi kinez, i sh\u00ebrbimeve financiare China Everbright, i kishte bler\u00eb n\u00eb 2016-n t\u00eb drejtat koncesionare n\u00eb Aeroportin Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmes filialit t\u00eb saj \u201cReal Fortress Private Limited\u201d p\u00ebr 82.25 milion\u00eb euro, sipas kontrat\u00ebs zyrtare. T\u00eb drejtat koncesionare iu blen\u00eb nga tre aksioner\u00ebve Albanian-American Enterprise Fund \u201cAAEF\u201d, DEG-Deutsche investitions-und Ent\u00ebicklungsgesellschaft mbH\u201d dhe (\u201cAviAlliance GmbH\u201d), q\u00eb kishin n\u00ebnshkruar nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb koncesioni me qeverin\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb vitin 2004.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 2016 qeveria shqiptare njoftoi se kishte arritur nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me kompanin\u00eb q\u00eb menaxhonte aeroportin duke hequr k\u00ebshtu ekskluzivitetin, ng\u00ebr\u00e7in q\u00eb pengonte hapjen e aeroporteve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n
