Qytetar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb protestojn\u00eb kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj dhune politike nga policia fashiste. Ne do e \u00e7ojm\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund edhe n\u00eb institucionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.
