M\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet let\u00ebrsis\u00eb un\u00eb fillova t\u00eb shoh m\u00eb p\u00ebrtej, shum\u00eb m\u00eb p\u00ebrtej fshatit, qytetit, madje edhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Dikur lexova &#8220;T\u00eb mjer\u00ebt&#8221; e Viktor Hygo, ndoshta romanin m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb nga nj\u00eb autor. Prej asaj dite un\u00eb kisha nj\u00eb koncept m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb rreth s\u00eb mir\u00ebs dhe s\u00eb keqes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr shembull, un\u00eb m\u00ebsova se shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz ishin t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, nj\u00ebsoj si ne. Madje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ishim t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 dy tre familjeve; Kryetarit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit, Sekretares s\u00eb Partis\u00eb, dhe Brigadierit t\u00eb Fshatit. Ne merrnim buk\u00ebn me vete, nd\u00ebrsa un\u00eb i lutesha nan\u00ebs t\u00eb na gatuante kungullur, sepse shok\u00ebt e mi e p\u00eblqenin shum\u00eb. Gjith\u00e7ka ndahej mes nesh, dikush turshi, dikush buk\u00eb misri me djath\u00eb, dikush ngjyem specash. Vjeshta n\u00eb vendlindjen time ishte nj\u00eb parajs\u00eb e vog\u00ebl me fruta; moll\u00eb, kumbulla, dardha, ftonj, rrush, greza, dredh\u00ebza, manaferra, arra dhe lajthi. Me sa duket, n\u00eb vjesht\u00eb ne p\u00ebrmbushnim t\u00eb gjitha nevojat p\u00ebr minerale dhe vitamina. Edhe l\u00ebkura jon\u00eb e fytyr\u00ebs ndryshonte n\u00eb vjesht\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb banor\u00ebt, duke p\u00ebrjashtuar tre familje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">U zgjata pak me f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb time, por vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar se un\u00eb e njoh mir\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm varf\u00ebrin\u00eb, por edhe urin\u00eb. Sepse ka nj\u00eb ndryshim thelb\u00ebsor mes varf\u00ebris\u00eb dhe uris\u00eb. Meq\u00eb ra fjala, ata q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb ndjer\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb uritur, nuk kan\u00eb pse ta lexojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim. Me shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi nuk do ta kuptojn\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ka nj\u00eb ndryshim thelb\u00ebsor mes konceptit t\u00eb varf\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb uris\u00eb. Ndryshimi nuk q\u00ebndron thjesht\u00eb tek prodhimi i brendsh\u00ebm bruto, ose tek aft\u00ebsia e shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb investuar n\u00eb sektor\u00eb jetik t\u00eb mir\u00ebqenies s\u00eb popullat\u00ebs si sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsia, uji i pijsh\u00ebm ose arsimi. K\u00ebto lloj investimesh gjithsesi mbeten shum\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta, \u00e7ka ka sjell\u00eb mungesa thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb. Por uria \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb tejkalon sfidat e zakonshme t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi. P\u00ebr efekt shembulli, un\u00eb do marr nj\u00eb familje 4 an\u00ebtar\u00ebsh. Nj\u00eb familje e varf\u00ebr mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb familja me t\u00eb ardhura 60.000 lek\u00eb n\u00eb muaj. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, e gjith\u00eb kjo sasi lek\u00ebsh shkon vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr ushqim, dhe shpesh nuk mjafton. Nd\u00ebrsa familje e uritur \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7do familje q\u00eb nuk i ka k\u00ebto t\u00eb ardhura, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb, ata ose nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhur, ose kan\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfillshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar, ata i hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb borxh barkut. Dometh\u00ebn\u00eb nuk ushqehen. Ata nuk mund t\u00eb blejn\u00eb ushqimin e nevojsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur nj\u00eb organiz\u00ebm t\u00eb gjall\u00eb n\u00eb parametra optimal. Ata nuk marrin proteinat e domosdoshme ushqimore, vitamina dhe minerale. Ata gjenden n\u00eb \u00e7do qend\u00ebr urbane t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, kryesisht fshatrave. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb kategori njer\u00ebzore shteti merret nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vjet. E gjith\u00eb \u00ebndrra p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vakt i bollsh\u00ebm ushqimi. Numri i tyre mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb diku mes 400.000 deri n\u00eb 600.000 njer\u00ebz, ndoshta m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Uria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm \u00e7\u00ebshtje e dinjitetit njer\u00ebzor, por edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje e siguris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Nj\u00eb njeri i uritur mund t\u00eb negocioj\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nderin dhe dinjitetin. Ata mund t\u00eb zhyten n\u00eb krime dhe trafiqe, me t\u00eb vetmin q\u00ebllim; t\u00eb shk\u00ebputen nga kthetrat e uris\u00eb. Para se t&#8217;i faj\u00ebsojm\u00eb ata, duhet t\u00eb mendohemi dy her\u00eb. Sepse edhe ata jan\u00eb bij\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi, nj\u00ebsoj si un\u00eb, nj\u00ebsoj si ty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsi q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt e Evrop\u00ebs, por edhe n\u00eb burgjet e saj gjendet nj\u00eb ushtri me shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb rinj, trafikant t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl dhe kriminel\u00eb. Ata kan\u00eb ikur nga mizerja q\u00eb u ofroi Atdheu i tyre, p\u00ebr t&#8217;u zhytur n\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebt dhune kriminale. P\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb karrier\u00eb me gjak, drog\u00eb dhe trafiqe, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfundon dit\u00ebn q\u00eb emri i tij do t\u00eb transmetohet n\u00eb lajme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr t\u00eb mbetur aty, p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsisht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">***<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb uria? Kur mund t\u00eb themi se nj\u00eb njeri vuan nga uria kronike?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Uria kronike fillon me kequshqyerje. Njer\u00ebzit nuk marrin kalori t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar nevojat e trupit p\u00ebr energji. Megjith\u00ebse uria mund t\u00eb m\u00ebnjanohet n\u00ebse ka ushqime t\u00eb disponueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb shuar urin\u00eb me &#8220;ushqim&#8221; &#8211; si buka dhe barishte t\u00eb ndryshme &#8211; sasia dhe cil\u00ebsia e ushqimit ka rol vendimtar p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e popullat\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb jav\u00ebve dhe muajve, kequshqyerja mund t\u00eb rezultoj\u00eb n\u00eb s\u00ebmundje specifike, si anemia kur njer\u00ebzit nuk marrin sasin\u00eb e duhur t\u00eb hekurit. Kur trupi i njeriut konsumon burimet rezerv\u00eb t\u00eb energjis\u00eb, rezulton n\u00eb humbje t\u00eb konsiderueshme e pesh\u00ebs trupore, s\u00ebmundje kronike, dhe vdekje t\u00eb parakoh\u00ebshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb njeri n\u00ebn uri kronike fillon t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb duke konsumuar vetveten. Trupi fillon t\u00eb konsumoj\u00eb energji t\u00eb depozituara si karbohidrate dhe yndyrna, por m\u00eb von\u00eb konsumon proteinat e indeve. Metabolizimi i organizmit ngadal\u00ebsohet, trupi nuk mund t\u00eb rregulloj\u00eb temperatur\u00ebn e tij, prishet funksioni i veshkave dhe d\u00ebmtohet sistemi imunitar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Po cila form\u00eb urie mbizot\u00ebron n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb mir\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend me burime t\u00eb pasura natyrore. Shqip\u00ebria nuk vuan nga that\u00ebsira, ose nga fenomene t\u00eb tjera natyrore. Burimet ujore jan\u00eb t\u00eb bollshme n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, po ashtu edhe klima tipike mesdhetare e favorizon prodhimin bujq\u00ebsor. Megjithat\u00eb, vendi yn\u00eb vuan nga shkaqe t\u00eb tjera; me karakter t\u00eb theksuar politik, social dhe kulturor, q\u00eb burojn\u00eb q\u00eb nga koha e komunizmit, dhe vazhdojn\u00eb me tranzicionin e gjat\u00eb. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk ka uri si n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00ebn afrikane, por ka kequshqyerje masive, t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm me koh\u00ebn e komunizmit. T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 500.000 njer\u00ebz jetojn\u00eb me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfillshme, nga disa cent deri n\u00eb 2 dollar n\u00eb dit\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz nuk kujdeset shteti shqiptar, por ata mbijetojn\u00eb gjithsesi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por historia e mbijetes\u00ebs ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebr histori. Humanizmi dhe solidariteti \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmas e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb ton\u00eb, q\u00eb kurr\u00eb nuk e kemi humbur. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, humanist\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj\u00eb jan\u00eb shit\u00ebsit e vegj\u00ebl t\u00eb lagjeve shqiptare, jan\u00eb ato fletoret me borxhe p\u00ebr buk\u00eb, djath\u00eb, oriz, vaj dhe makarona. Ata jan\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb social, zem\u00ebrmir\u00eb, t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm, t\u00eb pafjal\u00eb. Madje ata i ruajn\u00eb klient\u00ebt e tyre, u ruajn\u00eb erzin, sepse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri varf\u00ebria p\u00ebrjetohet edhe si turp. Shum\u00eb mir\u00eb, por a mund ta zgjidh\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb problem nj\u00eb hoxh\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht vullnetit t\u00eb mir\u00eb? \u00c7far\u00eb garancie kan\u00eb ata njer\u00ebz, se do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb marrin buk\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme nga Hoxh\u00eb Elvisi? Ku shkon dinjiteti i tyre, kur u filmohet deri n\u00eb detaje loti n\u00eb drit\u00eb t\u00eb syrit, sepse ai \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7mimi q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vakt buk\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb? A mund t\u00eb lihet buka e p\u00ebrditshme n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb programi televiziv dhe hoxh\u00eb Elvis Na\u00e7it?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">***<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shqip\u00ebria vuan nga nj\u00eblloj vaniteti i tejskajsh\u00ebm. Shtetar\u00ebt tan\u00eb sillen sikur qeverisin nj\u00eb popull 30 milion\u00ebsh, nd\u00ebrsa mediat transmetojn\u00eb gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn programe t\u00eb denja p\u00ebr kalifornian\u00ebt, dhe jo nj\u00eb popull gjysm\u00eb t\u00eb uritur. Buxheti i Shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb traget p\u00ebr vet\u00ebm disa duar dhe rroga t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs. Bankat kan\u00eb zhytur m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysm\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb kurthe borxhesh, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrmbaruesit privat i p\u00ebrndjekin qytetar\u00ebt si ushtar\u00ebt e mafias. Diku mes 300.000 deri n\u00eb 500.000 qytetar\u00eb braktis\u00ebn vendin, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00ebrmeti dhe pandemia e Covid-19 duket si akti i fundit i dram\u00ebs ton\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Siguria komb\u00ebtare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb koncept abstrakt, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton vet\u00ebm rendin dhe sigurin\u00eb publike. Bulevardi &#8220;D\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e Kombit&#8221; mund t\u00eb shk\u00eblqej\u00eb nga siguria, por n\u00ebse disa qindra mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb flen\u00eb t\u00eb uritur, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr siguri nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb. Para s\u00eb gjithash, vet siguria \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur me t\u00eb ardhurat e qytetar\u00ebve dhe zhvillimin social-ekonomik. Vet demokracia varet nga niveli ekonomik i nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie. N\u00ebse njer\u00ebzit jan\u00eb t\u00eb varur nga buka e goj\u00ebs, gjith\u00e7ka ka marr\u00eb fund.
