“Amazon” dhe “Facebook” jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb njoftuar se pritet t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb taks\u00ebn prej 3 % p\u00ebr \u00e7do t\u00eb ardhur t\u00eb gjeneruar nga kompanit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb Franc\u00eb, shkruan RT<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ministri i Financave i Franc\u00ebs, Bruno LeMaire, ka vler\u00ebsuar se taksa e re mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb rreth 500 milion euro t\u00eb ardhura p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo SHBA-ja e ka kritikuar k\u00ebt\u00eb mas\u00eb si t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb ndaj kompanive amerikane dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoi t\u00eb hakmerret me tarifa p\u00ebr mallrat franceze, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu djathin dhe ver\u00ebn, duke rrezikuar potencialisht nj\u00eb luft\u00eb tregtare midis dy kombeve.<\/span><\/p>\n

Taksa e re u miratua fillimisht nga qeveria franceze n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 2019, por vendi ra dakord t\u00eb pezulloj\u00eb mbledhjen e taks\u00ebs n\u00eb janar, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb Organizat\u00ebn p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim Ekonomik dhe Zhvillim (OECD) t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb korniz\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb e teknologjis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kompanit\u00eb e teknologjis\u00eb zakonisht e kan\u00eb shmangur pagimin e taksave n\u00eb vendet n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat veprojn\u00eb, duke e vendosur selin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb kombe me ligje m\u00eb t\u00eb relaksuara t\u00eb taksave. SHBA fillimisht mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e OECD, por u t\u00ebrhoq nga bisedimet n\u00eb qershor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb ministrin\u00eb e financave t\u00eb Franc\u00ebs e mbrojti taks\u00ebn, duke u th\u00ebn\u00eb mediave britanike se “Franca mbetet e p\u00ebrkushtuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb zgjidhje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb kompanit\u00eb dixhitale t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb taksave ashtu si kompanit\u00eb e tjera”.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Franca nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi i par\u00eb q\u00eb fut nj\u00eb taks\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve dixhitale.
