Prokuroria pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Durr\u00ebs n\u00eb kuadrin e hetimeve t\u00eb gjithanshme q\u00eb po kryen dhe sidomos n\u00eb hetimin e veprave penale q\u00eb\u00a0 kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me shp\u00ebrdorimin e detyr\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb tejkalimit t\u00eb kompetencave q\u00eb ligji i ka ngarkuar punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore ka regjistruar \u00e7\u00ebshtjen penale p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u2018Shp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs\u2019, parashikuar nga neni 248 i Kodit Penal si dhe p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb \u2018Dh\u00ebnia e ndihm\u00ebs p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e paligjsh\u00ebm\u2019, kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim, parashikuar nga nenet 199\/b dhe 25 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Faktet mbi t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar ky procedim kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb aksidentesh automobilistike q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn nacionale Plepa Kavaj\u00eb dhe konkretisht n\u00eb kilometrin e\u00a0 tret\u00eb, ndodhet nj\u00eb pik\u00eb furnizimi me karburant, i cili dyshohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar dhe ka marr\u00eb leje n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin, Kodin Rrugor\u00a0 LIGJ 8387 \/1998, i ndryshuar me Ligjin Nr.10 488, dat\u00eb 5.12.2011 dhe VKM Nr.153 dat\u00eb 07.04.2000 \u2018P\u00ebr miratimin e Rregullores n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb Kodit Rrugor t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u2019, e ndryshuar VKM Nr. 298, dat\u00eb 8.4.2015.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mbi bazen e k\u00ebtyre fakteve Prokuroria pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb\u00a0 Durr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb p\u00ebr caktimin e masave t\u00eb sigurimit ndaj tyre dhe me dat\u00eb 14.10.2020 \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ekzekutimi i masave t\u00eb sigurimit t\u00eb caktuara ndaj shtetasve Agron Hasa, Kastriot Braha , Af\u00ebrdita Basha, Dhurata Lazaj, Astrit Zenelaj, Spartak Tarka, Lek Tushaj, Rezart Arkaxhiu, Xhevat Vataksi.<\/span><\/p>\n
