Drejtori i Zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb, Marko Gjuri\u00e7, deklaroi se \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb paramendohet ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrparim thelb\u00ebsor n\u00eb dialog (mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb) derisa t\u00eb formohet Asociacioni i Komunave Serbe me t\u00eb gjitha kompetencat e dakorduara\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai tha se formimi i Asociacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cnj\u00eb detyrim i Prishtin\u00ebs\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjuri\u00e7 akuzoi kryeministrin e Kosov\u00ebs, Avdullah Hoti, se \u201cpo tallet me Bashkimin Evropian dhe Beogradin, duke deklaruar se tema e Asociacionit t\u00eb Komunave Serbe \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbyllur p\u00ebr t\u00eb\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDialogu mes Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb unik p\u00ebr faktin se nj\u00ebra pal\u00eb nuk ka nevoj\u00eb as ta arsyetoj\u00eb vetveten p\u00ebr moszbatimin e marr\u00ebveshjes, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk vuan nga ndonj\u00eb sanksionim nga nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuesit n\u00eb dialog\u201d, tha Gjuri\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPrishtin\u00ebs nuk mund t\u2019i besohet dhe provokimet e Hotit nuk duhet t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb pa p\u00ebrgjigje nga Bashkimi Evropian\u201d, theksoi ai, raporton Gazeta Express.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Avdullah Hoti, deklaroi m\u00eb 24 shtator se n\u00eb dialogun me Serbin\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb diskutoj\u00eb p\u00ebr Asociacionin e Komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe, sepse ajo marr\u00ebveshje \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar m\u00eb 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n

Takimi n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb ekspert\u00ebve nga Serbia dhe Kosova, i cili ishte parapar\u00eb t\u00eb mbahej m\u00eb 28 shtator n\u00eb Bruksel, \u00ebsht\u00eb anuluar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para se t\u00eb njoftonte se takimi po anulohej \u201cp\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kujdesit t\u00eb shtuar n\u00eb lidhje me COVID-19\u201d, i d\u00ebrguari i Posa\u00e7\u00ebm i BE-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr dialogun Kosov\u00eb-Serbi, Mirosllav Laj\u00e7ak, njoftoi se \u00e7\u00ebshtja e Asociacionit nuk do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb rendin e dit\u00ebs, sepse \u201cnj\u00ebra pal\u00eb nuk ishte ende gati p\u00ebr diskutim\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00ebshtja e Asociacionit, aktualisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb penges\u00eb n\u00eb dialogun midis Serbis\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pala serbe k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul q\u00eb vazhdimi i dialogut n\u00eb nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb politik varet nga gatishm\u00ebria e Prishtin\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar zbatimin e marr\u00ebveshjes, nd\u00ebrsa pala kosovare beson se diskutimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i panevojsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr formimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb Komunave Serbe u arrit m\u00eb 2013. Autoritetet e Kosov\u00ebs ende nuk ka filluar zbatimin e k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjykata Kushtetuese, n\u00eb aktgjykimin e nxjerr\u00eb\u00a0n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2015, tha se Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr Asociacionin n\u00eb 23 pika t\u00eb saj, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb harmoni me Kushtetut\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs dhe q\u00eb akti juridik i Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe statuti q\u00eb zbaton parimet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb pajtueshm\u00ebri me frym\u00ebn e Kushtetut\u00ebs, duhet t\u2019i plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb standardet kushtetuese.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
