Kryetari i Kuvendit, Gramoz Ru\u00e7i i ka d\u00ebrguar nj\u00eb let\u00ebr BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr integrimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe arritjet e vendit n\u00eb zbatimin e Reformave n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi dhe asaj Zgjedhore deri n\u00eb k\u00ebto momente.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb letr\u00ebn d\u00ebrguar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Parlamenteve dhe t\u00eb Senateve t\u00eb vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, Ru\u00e7i i falenderon ata p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen n\u00eb integrimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe i informon p\u00ebr hapat e m\u00ebtejshme t\u00eb Kuvendit duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se vendi po ec\u00ebn para me reformat. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ru\u00e7i thot\u00eb se vendi \u00ebsht\u00eb gati t\u00eb filloj\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb diskutimi i kapitujve t\u00eb negociatave.<\/span><\/p>\n

LETRA E RU\u00c7IT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Vendimi i marr\u00eb nga K\u00ebshilli i Bashkimit Europian n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 25 mars 2020 p\u00ebr hapjen e negociatave p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, i bazuar n\u00eb progresin e arritur n\u00eb reformat dhe p\u00ebrmbushjen e kushteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara nga K\u00ebshilli, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb inspirim e detyrim p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar me p\u00ebrkushtim n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e detyrimeve tona ndaj procesit t\u00eb integrimit. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mb\u00ebshtetja e parlamenteve t\u00eb vendeve an\u00ebtare ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb inkurajim i madh p\u00ebr avancimin e procesit t\u00eb integrimit europian t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn populli shqiptar nuk do ta harroj\u00eb kurr\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje e kam konstatuar gjat\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha takimeve dypal\u00ebshe gjat\u00eb vitit 2019. <\/span><\/p>\n

Kuvendi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb po jep nj\u00eb kontribut ky\u00e7 n\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin europian t\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb, duke garantuar legjitimitetin demokratik dhe kontrollin ligjor e politik t\u00eb procesit dhe p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e ligjeve me standardet e BE-s\u00eb, duke garantuar nj\u00eb cil\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb legjislacionit komb\u00ebtar. <\/span><\/p>\n

Kuvendi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu i angazhuar n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e reformave t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb kuadrin e integrimit europian t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si reforma zgjedhore, reforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi dhe plot\u00ebsimi i rekomandimeve t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Europian, p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e kuadrit negociues. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ne kemi besim se do t\u00eb kemi edhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e parlamenteve dhe senateve t\u00eb vendeve an\u00ebtare q\u00eb negociatat t\u00eb \u00e7elen sa m\u00eb shpejt dhe t\u00eb filloj\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb diskutimi i kapitujve t\u00eb tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
