Jan\u00eb mendime, artikulime, shp\u00ebrfaqje refleksive q\u00eb pasqyrojn\u00eb realitetet shqiptare n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontekst t\u00eb caktuar kohor, por q\u00eb p\u00ebr nga forca e mbar\u00ebshtrimit t\u00eb problemeve mbeten aktuale edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"LTR\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Vitet e 30-ta, me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb konsiderohen si koha e art\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, si nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kur n\u00eb jet\u00ebn intelektuale t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve shfaqen individualitete t\u00eb fuqishme, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt secili n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e vet\u00eb, secili n\u00eb vokacionin e vet\u00eb arrin t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfaq mendime t\u00eb cilat mbeten diagnoz\u00eb e jasht\u00ebzakonshme edhe p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"LTR\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe, por edhe m\u00eb von\u00eb, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr emrat q\u00eb shk\u00eblqen me mendimin intelektual mbetet edhe Fan Noli, nj\u00eb figur\u00eb shum\u00ebdimensionale q\u00eb gjen reflektim, n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi, muzik\u00eb, n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e p\u00ebrkthimeve si dhe n\u00eb mendimin politik dhe kulturor. Mes tjerash, n\u00eb vitin 1924, n\u00eb nj\u00eb fjalim t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb parlamentin shqiptar, Noli flet p\u00ebr konfuzionin e pes\u00eb anarkive te shqiptar\u00ebt, nj\u00eb artikulim q\u00eb shkon n\u00eb thell\u00ebsi t\u00eb etnopsikologjis\u00eb shqiptare, n\u00eb dimensionin socio-kulturor dhe n\u00eb bot\u00ebshikimin p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"LTR\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Noli, si\u00e7 dihet tashm\u00eb, afishon pes\u00eb anarkit\u00eb q\u00eb pamund\u00ebsojn\u00eb mbroth\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare, q\u00eb pamund\u00ebsojn\u00eb futjen e qenies shqiptare n\u00eb dimensionet e vlerave t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe progresive, njashtu si\u00e7 kishte pretenduar edhe vet\u00eb ai si politikan t\u00eb ridimensiononte qen\u00ebsin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb rrafshin politik, social dhe kulturor. Anarkia e par\u00eb sipas Nolit \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo fetare. \u201c kat\u00ebr fe t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb s\u2019kan\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb n\u00eb zemr\u00ebn e nj\u00eb populli pagan\u201d, thekson ai. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr anarki e identifikuar nga Noli \u00ebsht\u00eb anarkia sociale. \u201cK\u00ebtu qeni s\u2019njeh t\u00eb zotin; k\u00ebtu karakteret lop\u00ebsohen, qullosen dhe nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb forma dita-dit\u00ebn si n\u00eb kaleidoskop. K\u00ebtu ambiciet jan\u00eb pa fre e pa kufi. K\u00ebtu i padituri i di t\u00eb gjitha dhe i pazoti \u00ebsht\u00eb i zoti p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha\u201d, thot\u00eb Noli, duke skenuar esenc\u00ebn e dekompozimit social dhe gjith\u00eb anarkis\u00eb s\u00eb prodhuar n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e historis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"LTR\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Po kaq i sakt\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe kur e artikulon anarkin\u00eb patriotike, nj\u00eb problem i p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm i pranish\u00ebm nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Aksiomatik mbetet formulimi \u201ck\u00ebtu brenda n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, si me magji, tradh\u00ebtori b\u00ebhet patriot dhe patrioti tradh\u00ebtor\u201d. Dhe, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb gradacioni dhe hierarkie defektesh q\u00eb shfaqen, Noli n\u00eb fund e artikulon dhe e afishon anarkin\u00eb e idealeve q\u00eb mbeten t\u00eb \u201c err\u00ebta, t\u00eb shtreb\u00ebrra e t\u00eb mumifikuara\u201d. Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb mendje e thell\u00eb dhe kreative mund ta sintetizonte k\u00ebt\u00eb diagnoz\u00eb t\u00eb realiteteve shqiptare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"LTR\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Sigurisht, pa e absolutizuar, kjo mbetet nj\u00eb diagnoz\u00eb e nj\u00eb mendjeje intelektuale t\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte me ngulm t\u2019i ofroj\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare problemet me t\u00eb cilat ballafaqohet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"LTR\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Po, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb shfaqet edhe nj\u00eb mendje tjet\u00ebr po kaq brilante, Branko Merxhani. Nj\u00eb mendje sintetike dhe kreative q\u00eb konvergjonte me idet\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb asaj kohe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e filozofis\u00eb dhe sociologjis\u00eb europiane. Trazimi dhe anarkia, q\u00eb mbret\u00ebrojn\u00eb sot n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn ton\u00eb, nuk jan\u00eb ve\u00e7se vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb, nj\u00eb pamje, nj\u00eb faz\u00eb e prishjes son\u00eb historiko-shoq\u00ebrore\u201d, thekson Merxhani n\u00eb shkrimin e tij \u201c Organizimi i kaosit\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"LTR\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Si\u00e7 mund t\u00eb vihet re, Branko Merxhani ndalet n\u00eb logjik\u00ebn e kauzalitetit historik, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb me vet\u00eb titullin e shkrimit sugjeron zgjidhje, dalje nga kjo gjendje kaotike. Merxhani si nj\u00eb mendje e mbrujtur me idet\u00eb dhe praktikat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira europiane shkon nj\u00eb hap m\u00eb tej. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb i artikulon dhe afishon problemet, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet teorive filozofike dhe shoq\u00ebrore europiane t\u00eb asaj kohe, ai k\u00ebrkon ila\u00e7in, k\u00ebrkon instrumentet e korrigjimit, k\u00ebrkon mbar\u00ebshtrimin shoq\u00ebror.
