P\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb hendeku i pagave nd\u00ebrmjet punonj\u00ebsve n\u00eb publik dhe privat u ngushtua leht\u00eb n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave zyrtare t\u00eb INSTAT paga mesatare mujore bruto n\u00eb sektorin shtet\u00ebror ishte 63,389 lek\u00eb duke sh\u00ebnuar r\u00ebnie me 437 lek\u00eb ose 1 p\u00ebrqind ne raport me fundin e 2019. Nd\u00ebrsa pagat ne sektorin privat erdh\u00ebn me rritje, pasi niveli mesatar i rrog\u00ebs mujore bruto ishte 513 lek\u00eb m\u00eb i lart\u00eb n\u00eb tremujorin e dyt\u00eb 2020 n\u00eb raport me fundin e vitit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithsesi hendeku i pagave nd\u00ebrmjet sektorit publik dhe atij privat mbetet i lart\u00eb me rreth 28.6 p\u00ebr qind n\u00eb fund t\u00eb gjasht\u00ebmujorit t\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb raport me 30.8 p\u00ebr qind q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por n\u00eb realitet diferenca e pagave n\u00eb sektorin privat \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb informalitetit t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Analiza e riskut n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Tatimeve ka v\u00ebrtetuar se ka n\u00ebndeklarim t\u00eb pagave n\u00eb sektorin privat dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e dukshme tek profesionet e lira. Ky grup pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsish (Avokat\u00eb, kontabilist\u00eb, dentist\u00eb, inxhinier\u00eb, konsulent\u00ebetj) kan\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura nga paga n\u00eb nivelet e larta, por n\u00eb tatime p\u00ebr efekt t\u00eb taksave deklarojn\u00eb pag\u00eb minimale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithsesi Shqip\u00ebria si n\u00eb sektorin publik dhe at\u00eb privat ofron nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb pagave p\u00ebr shkak se po aplikon nj\u00eb model t\u00eb zhvillimit ekonomik bazuar n\u00eb krahun e lir\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe jo mbi produktivitetin.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye Shqip\u00ebria vijon t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb pagat m\u00eb t\u00eb ulta n\u00eb Rajon dhe n\u00eb Europ\u00eb.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Paga mesatare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00eb vitin 2019, ishte 420 euro, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 30% m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt se gjith\u00eb vendet e tjera t\u00eb rajonit.
