Dy t\u00eb tretat e liqenit gjenden n\u00eb territorin e Kosov\u00ebs e nj\u00eb e treta n\u00eb Serbi. Mbushja megjithat\u00eb vjen nga Serbia dhe Mali i Zi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrtimi i tij ka filluar n\u00eb vitin 1972 dhe ka p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb vitin 1977, nd\u00ebrsa nd\u00ebrtimi i hidrocentralit ka zgjatur prej vitit 1983 deri 1986. Projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb financuar nga Banka Bot\u00ebrore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Argumenti i Serbis\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb faktin se pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb hidro sistemit \u201cIb\u00ebr-Lepenc\u201d gjendet pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb territorin e komun\u00ebs Zubin Potok n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shumica e banor\u00ebve jan\u00eb serb\u00eb. Pastaj, nd\u00ebrtimi i hidro sistemit i financuar nga kredia e Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore \u00ebsht\u00eb paguar nga buxheti i ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb. Prandaj qeveria n\u00eb Beograd konsideron se ka legjitimitet p\u00ebr fatin e k\u00ebsaj nd\u00ebrmarrjeje. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Serbia pretendon se shfryt\u00ebzimi i tep\u00ebrt i rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb ujit n\u00eb lumin Ib\u00ebr, mund t\u00eb rrezikoj\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb e saj n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e Rashk\u00ebs dhe Kralev\u00ebs. Serbia planifikon t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb mini hidrocentrale n\u00eb Rashk\u00eb dhe Kralev\u00eb, e n\u00ebse ulet sasia e ujit dhe shfryt\u00ebzohet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb askush nuk do t\u00eb investonte n\u00eb k\u00ebto projekte n\u00eb Serbi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por nga ana tjet\u00ebr, pa k\u00ebt\u00eb liqen nuk ka ekonomi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
