Kjo p\u00ebrmbush nj\u00eb nga kushtet ky\u00e7e p\u00ebr fillimin e negociatave t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit me BE, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur edhe n\u00eb konkluzionet e K\u00ebshillit Europian, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 25 Mars 2020. Parashikimet e reja ligjore, do t\u2019i japin Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nj\u00eb korniz\u00eb elektorale me standardet me t\u00eb larta t\u00eb integritetit dhe transparenc\u00ebs, bazuar n\u00eb rekomandimet e OSBE-ODIHR. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Ne kemi mbajtur sh\u00ebnim propozimin shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr reform\u00eb t\u00eb sistemit zgjedhor. Duke njohur rolin e parlamentit n\u00eb paraqitjen e ndryshimeve shtes\u00eb sa i p\u00ebrket sistemit zgjedhor, ne nxisim t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb politike t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb diskutimet n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Politik, me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin shpirt bashk\u00ebpunues dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, t\u00eb demostruar gjat\u00eb miratimit t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes politike t\u00eb 5 Qershorit.
