Gjykata e Apelit ka l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi mas\u00ebn dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga Shkalla e Par\u00eb duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb burg disa nga t\u00eb arrestuarit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb operacionit antikanabis t\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb muajin maj, u arrestuan 9 persona: n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, Puk\u00eb, Kruj\u00eb dhe Lezh\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ata dyshohen se arrinin t\u00eb merrnin garanci p\u00ebrmes parave q\u00eb u jepnin oficer\u00ebve t\u00eb policis\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb mbillnin me l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike parcela n\u00eb zona t\u00eb thella t\u00eb Puk\u00ebs dhe Kuk\u00ebsit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mes tyre ishte edhe v\u00ebllai i kryebashkiakut t\u00eb Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebzit, Fran Tu\u00e7i, Arben Tu\u00e7i i cili mendohet se gjente klient\u00ebt dhe 2 punonj\u00ebs policie, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt luanin u dilnin garant p\u00ebr mbjelljen e parcelave me kanabis.
