Udh\u00ebzimi p\u00ebrcakton se kontrollit teknik n\u00eb rrug\u00eb do t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 5% e numrit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb regjistruara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pas \u00e7do kontroll teknik fillestar t\u00eb kryer n\u00eb rrug\u00eb nga inspektori do t\u00eb hartohet nj\u00eb raport q\u00eb m\u00eb pas do t\u00eb shqyrtohet nga Task Force dhe n\u00eb rast shkeljesh do t\u00eb aplikohen masa administrative. Sipas udh\u00ebzimit, zbatimi i sistemit t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb riskut do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb pas 1 viti nga hyrja n\u00eb fuqi e udh\u00ebzimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fusha e zbatimit<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky udh\u00ebzim do t\u00eb zbatohet p\u00ebr mjetet rrugore me motor, me nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb projektuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 25 km\/or\u00eb, t\u00eb kategorive t\u00eb m\u00ebposhtme:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">mjete t\u00eb projektuara dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara, kryesisht p\u00ebr transportin e njer\u00ebzve dhe t\u00eb bagazheve t\u00eb tyre, me m\u00eb shum\u00eb se n\u00ebnt\u00eb ndenj\u00ebse, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ndenj\u00ebsen e drejtuesit t\u00eb mjetit \u2013 kategorit\u00eb e mjeteve M2 dhe M3;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">mjete t\u00eb projektuara dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara kryesisht p\u00ebr transportin e mallrave dhe q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb pesh\u00eb maksimale me ngarkes\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe se 3,5 ton\u00eb \u2013 kategorit\u00eb e mjeteve N2 dhe N3;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">rimorkiot e projektuara dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara p\u00ebr transportin e mallrave ose t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, si dhe p\u00ebr akomodimin e njer\u00ebzve, me nj\u00eb mas\u00eb maksimale m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe se 3.5 ton\u00eb \u2013kategorit\u00eb e mjeteve O3 dhe O4;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">traktor\u00eb me rrota t\u00eb kategoris\u00eb T5, p\u00ebrdorimi i t\u00eb cil\u00ebve b\u00ebhet kryesisht n\u00eb rrug\u00eb publike, p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb transportit rrugor t\u00eb mallrave, me nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi maksimale t\u00eb projektuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 40 km\/or\u00eb.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>P\u00ebrzgjedhja e mjeteve p\u00ebr kontroll teknik fillestar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kur identifikohen mjete q\u00eb do t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen nj\u00eb kontrolli teknik fillestar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, inspektor\u00ebt mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhin si prioritet, mjetet e operuara nga nd\u00ebrmarrjet me profil t\u00eb lart\u00eb rreziku. Mjetet, gjithashtu mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjidhen rast\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr kontroll ose kur ekziston dyshimi se mjeti paraqet rrezik p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb rrugore ose p\u00ebr mjedisin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>P\u00ebrmbajtja dhe metoda e kontrolleve teknike n\u00eb rrug\u00eb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Autoriteti kompetent garanton q\u00eb mjetet e p\u00ebrzgjedhura n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenin 9, i n\u00ebnshtrohen nj\u00eb inspektimi teknik fillestar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb \u00e7do kontroll teknik fillestar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb mjeti, inspektori:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">do t\u00eb kontrolloj\u00eb certifikat\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb kontrollit teknik dhe raportin e kontrollit teknik n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, kjo e fundit kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion, t\u00eb mbajtura n\u00eb bord ose d\u00ebshmi elektronike t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenin 7, pika 1;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">do t\u00eb kryej\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim vizual t\u00eb gjendjes teknike t\u00eb mjetit;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">mund t\u00eb kryej\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim vizual t\u00eb sigurimit t\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebs s\u00eb mjetit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenin 13;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">mund t\u00eb kryej\u00eb kontrolle teknike me \u00e7far\u00ebdo metode q\u00eb konsiderohet e p\u00ebrshtatshme. Kontrollet e tilla teknike mund t\u00eb kryhen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb arsyetohet nj\u00eb vendim p\u00ebr t\u2019i kryer mjetit nj\u00eb kontroll m\u00eb t\u00eb detajuar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb ose q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb defektet t\u00eb korrigjohen pa vones\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenin 14, pika 1.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Inspektori verifikon n\u00ebse ndonj\u00eb mang\u00ebsi e treguar n\u00eb raportin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kontrollit teknik n\u00eb rrug\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb korrigjuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb rezultatit t\u00eb kontrollit teknik fillestar, inspektori vendos n\u00ebse mjeti ose rimorkioja e tij duhet t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen nj\u00eb kontrolli teknik m\u00eb t\u00eb detajuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb kontroll teknik m\u00eb i detajuar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb do t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb ato elemente t\u00eb renditura n\u00eb aneksin II, q\u00eb konsiderohen t\u00eb nevojshme dhe t\u00eb bazuara, duke marr\u00eb parasysh n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti sigurin\u00eb e frenave, gomave, rrotave, shasis\u00eb dhe ndikimit t\u00eb zhurmave n\u00eb mjedis dhe metodat e rekomanduara t\u00eb zbatueshme p\u00ebr kontrollin e k\u00ebtyre elementeve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kur certifikata e kontrollit teknik ose raporti i kontrollit teknik n\u00eb rrug\u00eb tregon se kontrolli i nj\u00ebrit prej elementeve t\u00eb listuara n\u00eb aneksin II \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer gjat\u00eb tre muajve t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm, inspektori nuk e kontrollon at\u00eb element, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 rastit kur nj\u00eb kontroll i till\u00eb justifikohet p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb defekti t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Objektet ku kryhet kontrolli teknik<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb kontroll teknik m\u00eb i detajuar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, t\u00eb kryhet duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00ebsi t\u00eb l\u00ebvizshme kontrolli ose nj\u00eb objekt i posa\u00e7\u00ebm kontrolli n\u00eb rrug\u00eb ose n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr kontrolli teknik, kjo e fundit, si\u00e7 referohet n\u00eb legjislacionin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kur nj\u00eb kontroll m\u00eb i detajuar duhet t\u00eb kryhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr kontrolli ose n\u00eb nj\u00eb objekt t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm kontrolli n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, ai duhet t\u00eb kryhet sa m\u00eb shpejt q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga qendrat ose objektet praktikisht m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00ebsit\u00eb e l\u00ebvizshme t\u00eb kontrollit dhe objektet e posa\u00e7me t\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb rrug\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb pajisjet e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr kryerjen e nj\u00eb kontrolli teknik m\u00eb t\u00eb detajuar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pajisjet e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar gjendjen e frenave dhe efikasitetin e frenave, drejtimin, suspensionin dhe ndikimin e zhurmave n\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb mjetit sipas k\u00ebrkesave. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aty ku nj\u00ebsit\u00eb e l\u00ebvizshme t\u00eb kontrollit ose objektet e posa\u00e7me t\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb rrug\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb pajisjet e k\u00ebrkuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar nj\u00eb element t\u00eb treguar n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontroll fillestar, mjeti duhet t\u00eb drejtohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr kontrolli ose n\u00eb nj\u00eb objekt ku mund t\u00eb kryhet nj\u00eb kontroll m\u00eb i detajuar i atij elementi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Vler\u00ebsimi i defekteve<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr \u00e7do element q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kontrollohet, aneksi II jep nj\u00eb list\u00eb t\u00eb defekteve t\u00eb mundshme dhe shkall\u00ebn e seriozitetit t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrdorur gjat\u00eb kontrolleve teknike n\u00eb rrug\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mang\u00ebsit\u00eb e gjetura gjat\u00eb kontrolleve teknike n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb mjeteve duhet t\u00eb kategorizohen n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin nga grupet e m\u00ebposhtme:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">defekte t\u00eb vogla q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb efekt t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb sigurin\u00eb e mjetit ose ndikim n\u00eb mjedis, dhe mosp\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb vogla;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">defekte t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb sigurin\u00eb e mjetit ose t\u00eb ken\u00eb ndikim n\u00eb mjedis ose t\u00eb rrezikojn\u00eb p\u00ebrdoruesit e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs ose mosp\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb tjera m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">defekte t\u00eb rrezikshme, q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb ose q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndikim n\u00eb mjedis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb mjet q\u00eb ka defekte q\u00eb kategorizohen n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb nga grupet e defekteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura n\u00eb paragrafin 2, do t\u00eb klasifikohet n\u00eb grupin q\u00eb korrespondon me defektet m\u00eb serioze. Nj\u00eb mjet q\u00eb tregon disa defekte brenda t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtave fusha kontrolli, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb objektin e kontrollit teknik n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur n\u00eb pik\u00ebn 1 t\u00eb aneksit II, mund t\u00eb klasifikohet n\u00eb grupin tjet\u00ebr me defekte m\u00eb serioze, n\u00ebse konsiderohet se efekti i kombinuar i k\u00ebtyre defekteve rezulton n\u00eb nj\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kontrolli i sigurimit t\u00eb ngarkesave<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrolli n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, nj\u00eb mjet mund t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohet nj\u00eb kontrolli t\u00eb sigurimit t\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me aneksin III, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb garantohet q\u00eb ngarkesa \u00ebsht\u00eb siguruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos pengoj\u00eb n\u00eb drejtimin e sigurt ose q\u00eb t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn, sh\u00ebndetin, pron\u00ebn ose mjedisin. Kontrollet mund t\u00eb kryhen p\u00ebr t\u00eb verifikuar q\u00eb gjat\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha llojeve t\u00eb operimit t\u00eb mjetit, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb situatat emergjente ose manovrat e ngjitjes n\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjet\u00eb:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 ngarkesat ndryshojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm minimalisht pozicionin e tyre, n\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn, kundrejt mureve ose sip\u00ebrfaqeve t\u00eb mjetit; dhe<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 ngarkesat nuk mund t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e ngarkes\u00ebs ose t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin jasht\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqes s\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pa cenuar k\u00ebrkesat e zbatueshme p\u00ebr transportin e kategorive t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb mallrave, t\u00eb tilla si ato t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjen Evropiane p\u00ebr Transportin Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar Rrugor t\u00eb Mallrave t\u00eb Rrezikshme (ADR) dhe legjislacioni tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr mallrat e rrezikshme, sigurimi i ngarkesave dhe kontrolli i sigurimit t\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebs mund t\u00eb kryhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parimet dhe, sipas rastit, standardeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb seksionin I, t\u00eb aneksit III. Mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret versioni i fundit i standardeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb pik\u00ebn 5, t\u00eb seksionit I, t\u00eb aneksit III.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Procedurat p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjekur t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura n\u00eb nenin 14 mund t\u00eb zbatohen edhe n\u00eb rast t\u00eb defekteve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha ose t\u00eb rrezikshme q\u00eb lidhen me sigurimin e ngarkesave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Personeli i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb kontrollin e sigurimit t\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebs t\u00eb trajnohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb adekuate p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Hapat p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjekur n\u00eb rast t\u00eb defekteve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha ose t\u00eb rrezikshme<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pa paragjykuar pik\u00ebn 3 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij neni, \u00e7do defekt i madh ose i rreziksh\u00ebm i zbuluar nga nj\u00eb kontroll fillestar ose m\u00eb i detajuar, t\u00eb korrigjohet p\u00ebrpara se mjeti t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret m\u00eb tej n\u00eb rrug\u00eb publike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Inspektori mund t\u00eb vendos\u00eb q\u00eb mjeti t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohet nj\u00eb kontrolli teknik t\u00eb plot\u00eb brenda nj\u00eb afati t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar kohor n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. N\u00ebse mjeti \u00ebsht\u00eb i regjistruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet tjet\u00ebr, autoriteti kompetent mund t\u2019i k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb autoritetit kompetent t\u00eb shtetit tjet\u00ebr, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet pikave t\u00eb kontaktit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura n\u00eb nenin 17, t\u00eb kryej\u00eb nj\u00eb kontroll t\u00eb ri teknik t\u00eb mjetit, sipas procedur\u00ebs t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb nenin 18, pika 2. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kur defekte t\u00eb m\u00ebdha ose t\u00eb rrezikshme gjenden n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjet t\u00eb regjistruar jasht\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, autoriteti kompetent mund t\u00eb vendos\u00eb t\u00eb informoj\u00eb autoritetin kompetent t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb mjetit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb rast t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb defekti q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon korrigjim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb ose t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb rreziku t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm ndaj siguris\u00eb rrugore, autoriteti kompetent duhet t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimi i mjetit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb kufizohet ose t\u00eb ndalohet deri sa k\u00ebto defekte t\u00eb jen\u00eb riparuar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebrdorimi i nj\u00eb mjeti t\u00eb till\u00eb mund t\u00eb lejohet, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga serviset e riparimit m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrta ku k\u00ebto defekte mund t\u00eb riparohen, me kusht q\u00eb defektet e rrezikshme n\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb rregulluar n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb servis dhe se nuk ka rrezik t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb e pasagjer\u00ebve t\u00eb tij apo p\u00ebrdoruesve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb rast t\u00eb defekteve q\u00eb nuk k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb riparim t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, autoriteti kompetent mund t\u00eb vendos\u00eb mbi kushtet dhe afatin e arsyesh\u00ebm kohor, sipas t\u00eb cilit mjeti mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebrpara se defektet t\u00eb riparohen. Kur mjeti nuk mund t\u00eb rregullohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb ta lejoj\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb servis, mjeti mund t\u00eb drejtohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm ku mund t\u00eb riparohet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Masat administrative t\u00eb kontrollit teknik n\u00eb rrug\u00eb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kur jan\u00eb gjetur defekte pas nj\u00eb kontrolli m\u00eb t\u00eb detajuar, zbatohen nenet 78, 162 dhe 165 t\u00eb Kodit Rrugor t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Raporti i kontrollit dhe bazat e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave mbi kontrollet teknike n\u00eb rrug\u00eb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr \u00e7do kontroll teknik fillestar t\u00eb kryer n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, mblidhet informacioni i m\u00ebposht\u00ebm nga autoriteti kompetent:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">vendi i regjistrimit t\u00eb mjetit;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">kategoria e mjetit;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">rezultati i kontrollit teknik fillestar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Me p\u00ebrfundimin e nj\u00eb kontrolli m\u00eb t\u00eb detajuar, inspektori harton nj\u00eb raport, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me aneksin IV.
