Ato zgjedhje duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb lira e t\u00eb ndershme. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por, gjithashtu, plot\u00ebson dy kushte t\u00eb BE p\u00ebr fillimin e negociatave t\u00eb antar\u00ebsimit.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Ne u b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje autoriteteve t\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbushjen e 15 kushteve q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb menyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7elen negociatat.
