Ajo shtoi se ambasador\u00ebt do bien dakord nes\u00eb pal\u00ebt jan\u00eb n\u00eb konsensus p\u00ebr propozimet edhe p\u00ebrtej rekomandimeve t\u00eb ODHIR por theksoi se n\u00ebse nuk ka konsensus diksutimet nuk duhet t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej k\u00ebtyre rekomandimeve.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cQ\u00eb t\u00eb tre ne kemi shpenzuar, nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb bashk\u00eb me pal\u00ebt politike. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Por \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrparim, kjo ka q\u00ebn\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt e p\u00ebrfshira. Mes tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb reforma zgjedhore, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rekomandimet e OSBE\/ODIHR. Q\u00ebllimi yn\u00eb sot dhe q\u00ebllimi yn\u00eb nes\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rekomandimet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb an\u00ebtare n\u00eb BE. N\u00ebse Partit\u00eb arrijn\u00eb konsensus p\u00ebrtej p\u00ebrmasave. N\u00ebse konsensusi p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat ODIHR nuk ka rekomanduar, pal\u00ebt nuk duhet t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb tek k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa.
