Alarmante \u00ebsht\u00eb ulja e mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb vdekshm\u00ebris\u00eb nga kjo s\u00ebmundje p\u00ebr meshkujt n\u00ebn mosh\u00ebn 50 vje\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare t\u00eb INSTAT tregojn\u00eb se m\u00eb 2019-n kan\u00eb humbur jet\u00ebn nga s\u00ebmundjet e aparatit t\u00eb qarkullimit t\u00eb gjakut 32 persona n\u00eb dit\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb total 11,704 persona kan\u00eb humbur jet\u00ebn nga zemra ose tensioni, ose 53% e totalit t\u00eb vdekjeve natyrale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas INSTAT, jan\u00eb rritur me 0.9% vdekjet nga s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb aparatit t\u00eb qarkullimit t\u00eb gjakut n\u00eb 2019-n, n\u00eb raport me nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rritja ka ardhur t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht nga meshkujt, humbjet e jet\u00ebve t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebve jan\u00eb rritur me 3.2%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meshkujt p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb humbjes s\u00eb jet\u00ebve nga kjo s\u00ebmundje, me 51.5%, p\u00ebrkundjet 50% t\u00eb grave. P\u00ebr 1,000 banor\u00eb, grupi i s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb \u201caparatit t\u00eb qarkullimit t\u00eb gjakut\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaku kryesor i vdekjeve si tek burrat dhe tek\u00a0 grat\u00eb\u00a0 me\u00a0 nj\u00eb\u00a0 nivel\u00a0 vdekshm\u00ebrie\u00a0 4.2\u00a0 p\u00ebr\u00a0 burrat\u00a0 dhe\u00a0 3.97 p\u00ebr\u00a0 grat\u00eb (p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb numrit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb grave n\u00eb total, teksa 50.8% e popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb total ishin femra n\u00eb 2019-n).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vitin 2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar nj\u00eb rritje e lart\u00eb e vdekshm\u00ebris\u00eb nga zemra dhe tensioni n\u00eb grupmosh\u00ebn e meshkujve 45-49 vje\u00e7 (+17%) dhe 55-59 vje\u00e7 (+4.6%)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">46% e vdekjeve t\u00eb meshkujve nga kjo s\u00ebmundje ishin t\u00eb grupmosh\u00ebs nga 40-59 vje\u00e7, kundrejt 43% q\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mjek\u00ebt pohojn\u00eb se vdekjet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta tek meshkujt i atribuohen stilit te jetes\u00ebs m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti. Doktor P. Malaj thot\u00eb se, meshkujt jan\u00eb t\u00eb ekspozuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb ndaj pirjes s\u00eb duhanit, alkoolit, diet\u00ebs s\u00eb pa kontrolluar dhe pun\u00ebve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda q\u00eb r\u00ebndojn\u00eb s\u00ebmundshm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe sidomos s\u00ebmundjet e qarkullimit t\u00eb gjakut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ai tha s\u00eb s\u00ebmundjet e qarkullimit t\u00eb gjakut gjithnj\u00eb e n\u00eb rritje jan\u00eb pasoj\u00eb e nj\u00eb diete t\u00eb pakontrolluar e shoq\u00ebruar me munges\u00eb aktiviteti fizik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit zyrtare nga Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb mbi ndikimin e faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb s\u00ebmundshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri identifikojn\u00eb tre faktor\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn d\u00ebrrmuese t\u00eb barr\u00ebs s\u00eb s\u00ebmundshm\u00ebris\u00eb, rreziqet e lidhura me diet\u00ebn ushqimore, hipertensioni arterial, duhanpirja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb 20 viteve t\u00eb fundit ka pasur rritje dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse n\u00eb barr\u00ebn e s\u00ebmundshm\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb u atribuohet karakteristikave t\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb jetes\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aktualisht, faktor\u00ebt e stilit t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb mbi 70% t\u00eb barr\u00ebs totale t\u00eb s\u00ebmundshm\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb dy dekadat e fundit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, niveli total i vdekshm\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mbipesh\u00ebs dhe obezitetit \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy her\u00eb. N\u00eb vec\u0327anti, niveli i vdekjeve nga s\u00ebmundja ishemike e zemr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur 2.5 her\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa niveli i vdekjeve nga diabeti \u00ebsht\u00eb trefishuar. N\u00eb vitin 2010, duhanpirja ishte shkaktare e 22% t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vdekjeve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Barra totale e s\u00ebmundjes p\u00ebr meshkujt dhe femrat shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e larta n\u00eb rajonin e Europ\u00ebs Juglindore, raporton Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb strategjin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit 2016-2020, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb s\u00ebmundjet infektive n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kapin nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb barr\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve, barra e s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb patransmetueshme (NCDs) n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur me 34% nga viti 1990 deri n\u00eb vitin 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ritmi i rritjes ka qen\u00eb i ngjash\u00ebm si p\u00ebr burrat dhe p\u00ebr grat\u00eb. S\u00ebmundjet kardiovaskulare p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin rreth 55% t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vdekjeve (51% te meshkujt dhe 61% te femrat) analizoi Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Berati me zemr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt, rritet Shkodra<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, n\u00eb 2019-n kishte 4.1 vdekje p\u00ebr 1000 banor\u00eb, p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundjen e \u00a0aparatit t\u00eb qarkullimit t\u00eb gjakut, me nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb leht\u00eb n\u00eb raport me 4, q\u00eb ishte ky tregues nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas qarqeve, qyteti me vdekjet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta nga zemra dhe tensioni, n\u00eb raport me popullsin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Berati, me 5.3 vdekje p\u00ebr 1000 banor\u00eb, me rritje n\u00eb raport me vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm (shih grafikun).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vend t\u00eb dyt\u00eb ka kaluar Shkodra, e cila ka sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb humbjeve t\u00eb jet\u00ebs nga zemra dhe tensioni n\u00eb 2019-n (+8%), me 77 jet\u00eb t\u00eb humbura m\u00eb shum\u00eb, duke u ngjitur n\u00eb 5.3 vdekje p\u00ebr 1000 banor\u00eb, nga 4.8% q\u00eb ishte ky tregues vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00eb pas renditen Kor\u00e7a e Gjirokastra (5.1 secili) , Vlora (4.9), Dibra (4.4).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Zemr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb e kan\u00eb tiranasit (3.5 vdekje p\u00ebr 1000 banor\u00eb), durrsak\u00ebt (po 3.5) dhe elbasanllinjt\u00eb (3.4).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ka evidenca n\u00eb rritje se sh\u00ebndeti dhe mir\u00ebqenia nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura vet\u00ebm me performanc\u00ebn e sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor. Ka faktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb social\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur me t\u00eb ardhurat, arsimimin, strehimin dhe mjedisin q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb fort\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebndet dhe mir\u00ebqenie q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrqasje t\u00eb integruar dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sektor\u00ebt e qeveris\u00eb, si dhe aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Arsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrcaktor i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm shoq\u00ebror p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin. Korrelacioni midis arsimit dhe varf\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i zhdrejt\u00eb: sa m\u00eb t\u00eb arsimuar, aq m\u00eb pak t\u00eb varf\u00ebr jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit dhe anasjelltas.
