N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori, shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb agresori por viktima, \u00e7do tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i atribuuar faljes nj\u00eb kuptim dypal\u00ebsh, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fakt nj\u00eb tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb barazuar viktim\u00ebn me agresorin. \u00c7far\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh t\u00eb fal\u00ebsh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa t\u00eb d\u00ebshiroj\u00eb t\u00eb fal\u00eb, nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb e till\u00eb nxiton rr\u00ebmbimthi t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb tek nj\u00eb arsyetim, finaliteti i t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mohoj\u00eb viktim\u00ebn. Nd\u00ebrgjegja si subjektivitet real i njeriut formohet dhe zhvillohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb dimension hap\u00ebsinoro &#8211; kohor, duke gjetur tek e shkuara forc\u00ebn e nj\u00eb identiteti gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur dhe autonom. T\u00eb thuash harro n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kaq t\u00eb beft\u00eb, t\u00eb vrazhd\u00eb dhe kategorike i sh\u00ebrben n\u00eb fakt nj\u00eb logjike jo shum\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme nga ajo e agresorit. Pretendimi se duhen falur apriori krimet e luft\u00ebs mbas nj\u00ebzet\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh, do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb \u00e7m\u00ebndarake drejt nj\u00eb skleroze vullnetare, kurrsesi e papranueshme, p\u00ebr njer\u00ebz q\u00eb besojn\u00eb se pajtimi dhe bashk\u00ebjetesa ndodhin si rrjedhoj\u00eb e nj\u00eb maturiteti politik dhe historik ku agresori pranon q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb agresor dhe k\u00ebrkon falje n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb liris\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb themeli n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin p\u00ebrkulen t\u00eb gjitha drejtat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7konsideruar krimet e luft\u00ebs (me iden\u00eb q\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e tyre humbet n\u00eb koh\u00eb) p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson n\u00eb vetvete nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb mohuar dhun\u00ebn e ushtruar ndaj viktim\u00ebs, detyrimin e viktim\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mohuar se mbi t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ushtruar dhun\u00eb sistematike, pra nulifikimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb dinjitetit t\u00eb saj si viktim\u00eb. Zhveshja e agresorit nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e fajit dhe transformimi i viktim\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb qenie pa nd\u00ebrgjegje dhe kujtes\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb metamorfoz\u00eb e rrezikshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb realitet politik q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ngjizur n\u00eb vitin zero por q\u00eb p\u00ebrkundrazi tashm\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs, aspiron nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet mbi respektin dhe prosperitetin reciprok t\u00eb t\u00eb dyja vendeve. N\u00eb fakt p\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbehur r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb viktim\u00ebs si d\u00ebshmi e gjall\u00eb e nj\u00eb monstruoziteti njer\u00ebzor, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb mosvazhdim\u00ebsi historike, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerje po kaq e dhunshme q\u00eb na ndan nga p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia identitare dhe historike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Neutralizimi i faktit historik n\u00eb nj\u00eb rr\u00ebfim pa d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb, ku viktima rr\u00ebshket n\u00eb truallin e nj\u00eb impersonaleje t\u00eb verb\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta logjik\u00eb nga ku burojn\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjet p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbime territoresh, marr\u00ebveshjet p\u00ebr eleminimin e emrave t\u00eb trevave q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb boshtin e patjet\u00ebrsuesh\u00ebm mbi t\u00eb cilin mb\u00ebshtetet historia e kombit ton\u00eb, e nj\u00ebjta logjik\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebmben eshtra f\u00ebmij\u00ebsh me varre ushtar\u00ebsh dhe q\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb na \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb stade primitive t\u00eb llahtarshme! A nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb paradoksale t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh t\u00eb fal\u00ebsh, nj\u00eb shtet i cili nuk t\u00eb njeh dhe mohon vazhdimisht dhun\u00ebn ndaj teje? N\u00eb \u00e7\u2019rrethana mund t\u00eb ndodhte dialogu ku persekutimi sistematik, genocidi masiv dhe spastrimi etnik q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb Ballkanit nj\u00ebzet vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, vazhdon t\u00eb mbetet p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt normal n\u00eb rendin shkak\u00ebsor t\u00eb gj\u00ebrave. Legjitimimi i dhun\u00ebs s\u00eb dikujt q\u00eb ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb, por q\u00eb refuzon t\u00eb njoh\u00eb viktim\u00ebn rrezikon t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb norm\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebsioj, \u00ebsht\u00eb e natyrshme t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb dyshim ekzistenca e k\u00ebsaj ideje si nj\u00eb nga pikat marr\u00ebveshjes nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe nj\u00eb shteti q\u00eb nuk e njeh at\u00eb si realitet politik.\u00a0 Nj\u00ebzet vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt u ngrit\u00ebn kund\u00ebr logjik\u00ebs s\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrimit si e vetmja m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e \u00e7lirimit ndaj shtypjes dhe dhun\u00ebs masive t\u00eb nj\u00eb regjimi kriminal q\u00eb binte mbi ta pandalsh\u00ebm. Falja e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb t&#8217;i zbrapsesh aspirat\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb qenit i pavarur p\u00ebr t&#8217;iu rin\u00ebnshtruar pushteteve t\u00eb reja q\u00eb ndjekin me zell politik\u00ebn e nj\u00eb regjimi t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb alergjik ndaj autonomis\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti tashm\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur. Mend\u00ebsia e shqiptar\u00ebve\u00a0 nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ajo e sakrifikimit p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb do t\u00eb thoshte q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb kuptuar asgj\u00eb nga sakrifica e atyre q\u00eb dhan\u00eb jet\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb jetonin, dhe q\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrruan q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrronin. Sakrifikimi i dyt\u00eb (q\u00eb ndryshe nga i pari q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sublim) do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb akt dor\u00ebzimi dhe bindjeje kundrejt nj\u00eb vullneti politik q\u00eb nuk ndalet p\u00ebr \u00e7\u2019njohjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, zgjidhja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb sakrifikimi por se respektimi i parimit t\u00eb reciprocitetit i cili i ul shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb tryez\u00eb me fqinjin si t\u00eb barabart\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Njeriu shpesh her\u00eb ka dy zgjidhje; ose t\u00eb arratiset nga liria pasi nuk p\u00ebrballon dot frik\u00ebn e t\u00eb qenit i lir\u00eb, ose t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb metafor\u00ebn e deves\u00eb s\u00eb gjunj\u00ebzuar n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb resht\u00eb s\u00eb menduari ekzistenc\u00ebn e vetes si t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar nga skllav\u00ebria e nj\u00eb faji q\u00eb nuk i p\u00ebrket atij. Sakrifikimi i verb\u00ebr b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb penges\u00eb p\u00ebr realizimin e liris\u00eb, dhe jo rrall\u00eb her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pulson vdekjeje i maskuar si virtyt. Detyra p\u00ebr ta rr\u00ebfyer historin\u00eb ashtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb perceptohet si vazhdim\u00ebsi e zinxhirit t\u00eb hakmarrjes dhe p\u00ebrhapjes ngjit\u00ebse t\u00eb mim\u00e9tisme de la foule, por si p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar dhe elaboruar vler\u00ebn e liris\u00eb, e cila vlen nj\u00ebsoj p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb padyshim m\u00eb e shtrenjta nga t\u00eb gjitha vlerat.
