N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb mos na hiqni minutazhin jemi n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme dhe pse nuk jemi realisht ashtu. Nuk ke t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb thuash se vakanc\u00ebn e krijuar nga situata e jasht\u00ebzakonshme, por duhet t\u00eb punosh m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se \u00e7far\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb parlamentet e tjera n\u00eb vendet m\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilluara.
