Mes t\u00eb arrestuarve ishin dhe dy avokat\u00ebt e studios ligjore t\u00eb tij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>DEKLARATA E DHOM\u00cbS KOMB\u00cbTARE T\u00cb AVOKATIS\u00cb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dhoma Komb\u00ebtare e Avokatis\u00eb ka ndjekur m\u00eb v\u00ebmendje rastin e ndalimit t\u00eb dy avokat\u00ebve Ilir Korbi dhe Betim Shkupi dhe ka ngritur shqet\u00ebsimin e saj p\u00ebr sulmet ndaj profesionit t\u00eb avokatit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndalimi i paligjsh\u00ebm i tyre duke i mohuar \u00e7do t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ligjore \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb n\u00eb profesionin ton\u00eb si jurist\u00eb dhe mbrojt\u00ebs t\u00eb garancive dhe t\u00eb drejtave demokratike e kushtetuese t\u00eb sanksionuara n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Konvent\u00ebn Europiane p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut dhe aktet e tjera t\u00eb ratifikuara n\u00eb sistemin ton\u00eb ligjor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organet e akuz\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb ndjekin dhe t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb sipas p\u00ebrcaktimeve ligjore urdh\u00ebruese t\u00eb saksionuara n\u00eb Kodin e Procedur\u00ebs Penale dhe t\u00eb shmangin \u00e7do akt apo veprim si:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">dhun\u00eb verbale e p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur q\u00ebllimet e deponimit n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">p\u00ebrgjimi i bisedave telefonike midis avokatit dhe klientit lidhur me mbrojtjen ligjore;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">komentimi i opinioneve ligjore apo akteve proceduriale t\u00eb firmosura nga avokat\u00ebt n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb garantimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave ligjore t\u00eb klient\u00ebvet\u00eb tyre, etj.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duke vepruar si m\u00eb lart p\u00ebrmendur organet e akuz\u00ebs shpien n\u00eb asimilimin e t\u00eb rolit me rolin e klient\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Profesioni i avokatit, nuk mund t\u00eb konsiderohet thjesht\u00eb nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim ligjor ndaj individ\u00ebve apo entiteteve t\u00eb ndryshme juridike.
