Mali-Fierz\u00eb, B.Curri-Valbon\u00eb, Puk\u00eb-Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebs-Shemri, Fush\u00eb Arr\u00ebs-Q.Mali, pjes\u00ebt fundore t\u00eb akseve U. Cerenecit- Steblev\u00eb, dhe Kuben-Vasije.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ARRSH njofton se qarkullimi vazhdon normalisht, pa zinxhir\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin e akin K\u00eblcyr\u00eb-P\u00ebrmet pati dalje t\u00eb disa p\u00ebrenjve an\u00ebsor\u00eb duke sjell\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhera dhe gur\u00eb, aksi u pastrua nga kontraktori, qarkullimi vazhdon normalisht.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Drejtuesit e mjeteve duhet t\u00eb tregohen t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb lag\u00ebshtis\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, t\u00eb reduktojn\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb sinjalistik\u00ebn rrugore.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
