Kongresi i Partis\u00eb Socialiste ka hedhur posht\u00eb mocionin e disa an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt k\u00ebrkonin ndryshime statuore. Nd\u00ebr tet\u00eb socialist\u00ebt q\u00eb k\u00ebrkuan ndryshime n\u00eb status ishin ish-ministrja Arta Dade etj. <\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmi nga ndryshimet e k\u00ebrkuara \u00ebsht\u00eb kufizimi i mandatit t\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb partis\u00eb. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas Sekretarit Organizativ t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb, Arben P\u00ebllumbi, tha se k\u00ebrkesa nuk kishte ardhur sipas rregullave statutore pasi duhej duhej mb\u00ebshtetur nga an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Kongresit dhe si e till\u00eb nuk u mor n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ndryshime t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb u miratuan n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Kongresit n\u00eb statutin e PS-s\u00eb ishin kryesisht teknike. Kongresi miratoi Librin e Rregullave q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledh rregulloret e organeve t\u00eb partis\u00eb, kodin e zgjedhjeve, kodin e etik\u00ebs, \u00e7do udh\u00ebzim p\u00ebr funksionimin e institucioneve t\u00eb PS. <\/span><\/p>\n

U vendos gjithashtu kontrolli i integritetit dhe figur\u00ebs, bazuar n\u00eb legjislacion. Vendim q\u00eb u mor ishte edhe sanksionimi p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb nuk reflektojn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn p\u00ebr aktivitetin e tij, merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr sanksionet jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin e\u00a0 p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb ndaj ligjit, por edhe me p\u00ebrjashtimin nga partia.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
