Partia Demokratike ka reaguar lidhur me arrestimin e botuesit Henri \u00c7ili, duke akuzuar Prokurorin\u00eb dhe Policin\u00eb e Shtetit se po p\u00ebrdorin standarde t\u00eb dyfshita, duke hequr nga dosja e hetimit emrin e nj\u00eb zyrtari t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb takuar me botuesin e njohur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sekretari p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtjet Ligjore n\u00eb PD, \u00c7lirim Gjata, tha n\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb p\u00ebr shtyp se n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dosje hetimore ku \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb \u00c7ili po fshihet emri i nj\u00eb drejtuesi t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb premtoi favore t\u00eb paligjshme.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas Gjat\u00ebs, autoritetet kan\u00eb detyrimin t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen se kush \u00ebsht\u00eb zyrtari i lart\u00eb i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. E ai vet\u00eb sugjeroi dy emra, Ardian Dvoranin dhe Sokol Sadushin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Arrestimi i nj\u00eb grupi t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirje n\u00eb veprimtari kriminale t\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm ndaj nj\u00eb zyrtari t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ka nxjerr\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb pah standardet e dyfishta t\u00eb policis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n

Emri i k\u00ebtij zyrtari nuk p\u00ebrmendet as n\u00eb materialet e p\u00ebrgatitura nga prokuroria. Mes t\u00eb tjerash, thuhet se nj\u00eb drejtues i nj\u00eb organi t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ka premtuar shqyrtimin tek 50 \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e para t\u00eb dosjes, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn prokuroria thot\u00eb s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme.\u00a0 Emri i atij q\u00eb n\u00eb dokumenta identifikohet si drejtues i nj\u00eb organi t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb mbetet mister.<\/span><\/p>\n
