Sipas gazet\u00ebs <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.panorama.com.al\/bie-nga-pallati-ne-ndertim-gjen-vdekjen-ne-vend-nje-person-ne-durres\/\">Panorama<\/a><\/span>, personi n\u00eb foton e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme \u00ebsht\u00eb Thoma Ru\u00e7i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ngjarja ndodhi pak pas t\u00ebrmetit me magnitud\u00eb 4.9 ball\u00eb q\u00eb goditi vendin mbr\u00ebmjen e kaluar, gj\u00eb q\u00eb solli aludime se 62-vje\u00e7ari ishte rr\u00ebzuar nga frika e t\u00ebrmetit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pas ngjarjes policia njoftoi se ka arrestuar dy persona, administratorin dhe inxhinierin e firm\u00ebs q\u00eb nd\u00ebrton objektin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ata akuzohen p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb rregullave n\u00eb pun\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb vdekjes aksidentale t\u00eb rojes s\u00eb objektit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;Policia e Durr\u00ebsit, menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas njoftimit t\u00eb marr\u00eb se nj\u00eb shtetas kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb aksidentalisht nga kati i dyt\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb humbi jet\u00ebn, menj\u00ebher\u00eb ka kryer gjith\u00eb veprimet hetimore, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me prokurorin\u00eb dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve, specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasve:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">J., 47 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, administratori i firm\u00ebs dhe E. R., 43 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, inxhinier i firm\u00ebs q\u00eb nd\u00ebrton objektin.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>K\u00ebta shtetas akuzohen p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb rregullave n\u00eb pun\u00eb, pasi m\u00eb dat\u00eb 28.01.2020, rreth or\u00ebs 23:18, n\u00eb nj\u00eb objekt n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim, humbi jet\u00ebn aksidentalisht shtetasi Th.
