Gjykata e Tiran\u00ebs ka vendosur t\u00eb rr\u00ebzoj\u00eb akuzat e prokuroris\u00eb ndaj kreut t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike, Lulzim Basha, ish-sekretarit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, Arben Ristani dhe financierit t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, Ilir Dervishi. <\/span><\/p>\n

Seanca e sotme \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar nga gjyqtari Laz\u00ebr Sallaku, i cili ka pushuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjen pasi sipas tij nuk ka prova q\u00eb v\u00ebrtetojn\u00eb akuzat e ngritura nga organi i akuz\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

U provua pas 2 vitesh hetime se gjith\u00e7ka ishte nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb e sajuar, bazuar mbi spekulime dhe u v\u00ebrteta se nga hetimet nuk kishte asnj\u00eb lidhje PD dhe nuk kishte asnj\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale p\u00ebr t\u00eb dhe nuk ishte shkelur ligji nga ajo. U v\u00ebrtetua kat\u00ebrcip\u00ebrisht. Ishte vendim drejt\u00ebsie. Ne jemi avokat\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes. Ky ishte nj\u00eb vendim q\u00eb rr\u00ebzoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb akuz\u00ebn, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb \u2018gjuetin\u00eb e shtrigave\u2019.
