N\u00eb nj\u00eb reagim n\u00eb faqen e saj n\u00eb Facebook, sindikata thekson se ka informuar p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsit\u00eb diplomatike p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrjen e kompanis\u00eb Albchrome n\u00eb aktivitetin sindikal, veprime q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme, shkruan sindikata.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb reagim thuhet m\u00eb tej se kompania Albchrome ka shkarkuar nga puna 3 minator\u00eb pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe ka k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb me largim nga puna.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sindikata thekson n\u00eb reagimin e saj se Kushtetuta dhe Kodi i Pun\u00eb mbron t\u00eb drejtat e sindikatave nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb fund b\u00ebn me dije edhe list\u00ebn e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsive t\u00eb cilave u \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sindikata e Minator\u00ebve t\u00eb Bashkuar t\u00eb Bulqiz\u00ebs ju ka nisur nj\u00eb shkres\u00eb informuese t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsive diplomatike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por jo vet\u00ebm, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrjen n\u00eb aktivitetin sindikal nga kompania Albchrome. Veprime k\u00ebto t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme. Sindikata ka njoftuar p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsit\u00eb e huaja n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb pun\u00ebs se kompania ka shkarkuar nga puna 3 minator\u00eb, pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe ka k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb p\u00ebr largim.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Veprime t\u00eb tilla b\u00ebhen n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin. Konkretisht Neni 50 i Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb parashikon se: \u201cT\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarit kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb bashkohen lirisht n\u00eb organizata sindikale p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e interesave t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb pun\u00ebs\u201d. Edhe Kodi i Pun\u00ebs mbron t\u00eb drejtat sindikale. Neni 184 (2) parashikon se ndalohen veprimet e pronarit q\u00eb pengojn\u00eb krijimin dhe funksionimin e sindikatave. Presion i qart\u00eb ndaj minator\u00ebve t\u00eb Bulqiz\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb mos guxojn\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
