Sipas nj\u00eb raporti, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 60 f\u00ebmij\u00eb jan\u00eb abuzuar nga Marcial Maciel, themeluesi i rendit ultra-konservator katolik ‘Legjionar\u00ebt e Krishtit’.<\/span><\/p>\n

Raporti<\/a> <\/span>i botuar nga grupi katolik romak, thot\u00eb se 33 prift\u00ebrinj kan\u00eb abuzuar me 175 t\u00eb mitur q\u00eb kur u themelua ‘Legjionar\u00ebt e Krishtit’ n\u00eb 1941.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 2006, Maciel u urdh\u00ebrua t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqej pas vitesh akuzash p\u00ebr abuzim seksual t\u00eb t\u00eb miturve. Ai vdiq dy vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 87 vje\u00e7, pa u p\u00ebrballur me akuzat ndaj tij.<\/span><\/p>\n

Po ashtu thuhet se nga kisha kishte filluar nj\u00eb proces “d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblimit dhe pajtimi” me 45 prej viktimave.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas raportit, gjasht\u00eb nga 33 prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb e akuzuar vdiq\u00ebn pa u gjykuar, nj\u00eb u d\u00ebnua, dhe nj\u00eb aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb gjykimit \u00a0dhe “tashm\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb hequr statusi klerik”.<\/span><\/p>\n

18 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb ende pjes\u00eb e organizat\u00ebs, por ata jan\u00eb larguar nga detyrat ku nd\u00ebrveprojn\u00eb me publikun ose me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb raport thuhet gjithashtu se 14 prej 33 prift\u00ebrinjve ishin edhe vet\u00eb viktima \u00e7ka nxjerr n\u00eb pah “zinxhir\u00ebt e abuzimit”, ku “nj\u00eb viktim\u00eb e nj\u00eb Legjionari, me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb agresor”.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Disa burra e akuzuan publikisht Maciel para vdekjes s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr sulme seksuale ndaj tyre, nd\u00ebrsa ata ishin n\u00eb nj\u00eb seminar nga vitet 1940 deri n\u00eb vitet 1960.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb 2002-in Maciel tha: “Un\u00eb kurr\u00eb nuk u angazhova n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj sjelljeje t\u00eb neveritshme q\u00eb k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz m\u00eb akuzojn\u00eb”.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 2006, Papa Benedikti XVI e urdh\u00ebroi at\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqej si kryetar i Legjionar\u00ebve t\u00eb Krishtit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb akuzave, q\u00eb ishin injoruar nga paraardh\u00ebsi i tij Papa Gjon Pali II.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas vdekjes s\u00eb Maciel n\u00eb 2008, u zbulua se ai pati edhe disa f\u00ebmij\u00eb.
