Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel minimal, ku student\u00ebt mund t\u00eb identifikojn\u00eb iden\u00eb kryesore n\u00eb nj\u00eb tekst me gjat\u00ebsi t\u00eb moderuar, t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb informacion bazuar n\u00eb kritere t\u00eb qarta, megjith\u00ebse nganj\u00ebher\u00eb komplekse, dhe mund t\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb mbi q\u00ebllimin e teksteve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb \u00a0p\u00ebrqindje e pap\u00ebrfillshme e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ishin interpretues t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb lexim, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ata arrit\u00ebn nivelin 5 ose 6 n\u00eb testin e leximit PISA nga mesatarja e OECD: 9%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb k\u00ebto nivele, student\u00ebt mund t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb tekste t\u00eb gjata, t\u00eb merren me koncepte q\u00eb jan\u00eb abstrakte ose intuitive, dhe t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb dallimet midis faktit dhe mendimit, bazuar n\u00eb sugjerime q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me p\u00ebrmbajtjen, ose burimin e informacionit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga anketa e PISA, vet\u00ebm 58% e student\u00ebve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kan\u00eb arritur nivelin 2 ose m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb matematik\u00eb (mesatarja e OECD: 76%). K\u00ebta student\u00eb mund t\u00eb interpretojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb njohin, pa udh\u00ebzime t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta, \u00a0p.sh duke krahasuar distanc\u00ebn totale n\u00eb dy alternativa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">rruge, ose konvertimi i \u00e7mimeve n\u00eb nj\u00eb monedh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme. Pjesa e student\u00ebve 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb arritur nivelet minimale t\u00eb aft\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb matematik\u00eb (Niveli 2 ose m\u00eb i lart\u00eb) ndryshuan gjer\u00ebsisht \u2013 nga 98% n\u00eb Pekin, Shanghai, Jiangsu dhe Zhejiang (Kin\u00eb) deri n\u00eb 2% n\u00eb Zambia, e cila mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb PISA. Mesatarisht n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendet e OECD, 76% e student\u00ebve kan\u00eb arritur n\u00eb zot\u00ebrimin e nivelit n\u00eb matematik\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb minimumi i njohurive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri vet\u00ebm 2% e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve arrit\u00ebn nivelin 5 ose m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb matematik\u00eb (mesatarja e OECD: 11%). P\u00ebrqindja m\u00eb e lart\u00eb e nx\u00ebn\u00ebseve t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer n\u00eb matematike ishte n\u00eb Pekin, Shanghai, Jiangsu dhe Zhejiang (Kin\u00eb) (44%), Singapor (37%), Hong Kong (Kin\u00eb) (29%), Macao (Kin\u00eb) (28%), Taipei Kinez (23%) dhe Koreja (21%). K\u00ebta student\u00eb mund t\u00eb modelojn\u00eb situata komplekse n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb matematikore dhe mund t\u00eb zgjidhin dhe krahasojn\u00eb strategjit\u00eb e duhura p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e problemeve p\u00ebr trajtimin e tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rezultati i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PISA, nj\u00eb instrument i vendeve n\u00eb OECD, q\u00eb mat performanc\u00ebn e 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebve n\u00eb matematik\u00eb, lexim dhe shkenc\u00eb, e renditi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e 61-t\u00eb, n\u00eb mesin e 79 vendeve q\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb testimin e vitit 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shqip\u00ebria u rendit n\u00eb fash\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, me p\u00ebrgatitjen m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt nga pes\u00eb fashat e kategorizuara, ku n\u00eb t\u00eb pest\u00ebn u grupuan vendet q\u00eb spikasin me njohurit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebve dhe fasha num\u00ebr 1 me njohurit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb rajon, Shqip\u00ebria ka nj\u00eb renditje m\u00eb mir\u00eb se Bosnja, Maqedonia dhe Kosova, nd\u00ebrsa Mali i Zi dhe Serbia kan\u00eb nj\u00eb renditje m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb se Shqip\u00ebria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rezultatet e PISA 2018 treguan se 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mor\u00ebn 437 pik\u00eb nga 600 pik\u00ebt e mundshme n\u00eb testin e matematik\u00ebs. Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoi rezultatin n\u00eb raport me testimin e vitit 2015 n\u00eb matematik\u00eb me 24 pik\u00eb. Vendi yn\u00eb, mori n\u00eb matematik\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt se mesatarja e OECD, e cila u p\u00ebrllogarit me 489 pik\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e t\u00eb lexuarit, Shqip\u00ebria u vler\u00ebsua me 405 pik\u00eb nga 600 t\u00eb mundshme, duke mbajtur t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin rezultatet me vitin 2015. Edhe n\u00eb lexim t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb shfaqin aft\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta se mesatarja e OECD-s\u00eb e cila ishte 487 pik\u00eb. N\u00eb shkenc\u00eb, 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb mor\u00ebn 417 pik\u00eb ose 10 pik\u00eb m\u00eb pak se n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e vitit 2015. Mesatarja e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb OECD n\u00eb shkenc\u00eb ishte 489 pik\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb nga gjetjet kryesore t\u00eb testit PISA tregoi se niveli i mir\u00eb ekonomik i nj\u00eb vendi jo domosdoshm\u00ebrish p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb njohuri t\u00eb mira arsimore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kina, me kat\u00ebr rajone t\u00eb saj, ishte e para n\u00eb klasifikimin PISA 2018. Kinez\u00ebt jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb kishin rezultatet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira n\u00eb lexim, matematik\u00eb dhe shkenc\u00eb, duke marr\u00eb gati pik\u00ebt maksimale por ata kishin diferenc\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb me vendin t\u00eb dyt\u00eb n\u00eb renditje me Singaporin me mbi 40 pik\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha testimet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kat\u00ebr vendet e para n\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb arsimore i shfaq\u00ebn vendet aziatike si Kina, Singapori, Macao, Hong-Kong. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, vendin e par\u00eb n\u00eb PISA 2018 e zuri Estonia. Rezultatet treguan edhe n\u00eb Europ\u00eb se t\u00eb ardhurat p\u00ebr frym\u00eb dhe investimet n\u00eb arsim nuk jan\u00eb mjeti kryesor p\u00ebr rezultate t\u00eb larta. Estonia investon p\u00ebr arsimin 30% m\u00eb pak se mesatarja e OECD.
