Shtetet e Bashkuara kan\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim duke theksuar se \u00ebsht\u00eb koha q\u00eb “BE-ja t\u00eb mos veproj\u00eb kund\u00ebr sanksioneve t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb ndaj regjimit revolucionar”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instrumenti i Mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb Transaksioneve Tregtare, INSTEX, me baz\u00eb n\u00eb Paris, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm q\u00eb i mund\u00ebson Iranit t\u00eb shes\u00eb naft\u00eb si dhe sh\u00ebrbime e produkte t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb sistemi tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfshin dollar\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ky mekaniz\u00ebm fokusohet n\u00eb zonat q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb prekura nga sanksionet e Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara dhe do t\u00eb merret me sektor\u00ebt m\u00eb esencial\u00eb t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb Iranit si; farmacit\u00eb, k\u00ebshillat mjek\u00ebsore dhe bujq\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deri m\u00eb tash nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer asnj\u00eb transaksion p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij sistemi.<\/span><\/p>\n
