Aty, sipas njoftimit, p\u00ebrfshihet m\u00ebnyra e zgjedhjes s\u00eb organeve drejtuese t\u00eb partis\u00eb n\u00eb sistemin nj\u00eb delegat \u2013 nj\u00eb vot\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n
