Taliban\u00ebt sulmuan k\u00ebshtjell\u00ebn e lasht\u00eb, Bala Hissar, n\u00eb rrethin Aqcha dhe e mor\u00ebn n\u00ebn kontroll at\u00eb, tha n\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb Ghulam Sahi Subhani, guvernatori i rrethit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Subhani tha se pes\u00eb punonj\u00ebs policie u plagos\u00ebn gjithashtu n\u00eb sulm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Komisioni i Pavarur i t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut n\u00eb Afganistan (AIHRC) u ka k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebve t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb arm\u00ebpushimin mes p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimit t\u00eb viktimave civile. Sipas AIHRC, gjithsej 1,611 civil\u00eb u vran\u00eb dhe 4,876 u plagos\u00ebn gjat\u00eb gjasht\u00eb muajve t\u00eb fundit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pothuajse 75% e viktimave civile u shkaktuan nga sulmet e nisura nga Taliban\u00ebt, 3% nga Daesh dhe 11% nga forcat pro-qeveritare.
