H. ishte shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim pasi Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Sarand\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 2015 ka caktuar mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cArrest n\u00eb burg\u201d p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVrasje me paramendim e kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim\u201d.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>M\u00eb dat\u00eb 10 korrik 2015, rreth 02:00, n\u00eb Sarand\u00eb, si rezultat i nj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshjeje p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta mes pronarit t\u00eb nj\u00eb autolavazhi makinash, shtetasit E. M., me shtetasit G. H., E. H. dhe K. H, k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit e godit\u00ebn me shkop bejsbolli dhe me tyt\u00ebn e pistolet\u00ebs. Pas k\u00ebsaj nj\u00eb nga autor\u00ebt iu afrua dhe q\u00eblloi n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb shtetasit E.
