Mesatarisht rreth 80% e popullsis\u00eb\u00a0 n\u00eb vend \u00ebsht\u00eb inaktive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrsa mesatarja europiane e grave dhe burrave q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb fare aktivitet fizik \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht 28.6% dhe 26%, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb raportuara t\u00eb Eurostat, q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin vitit 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb Europ\u00eb, m\u00eb aktiv\u00ebt jan\u00eb rumun\u00ebt dhe estonez\u00ebt, ku vet\u00ebm 3.9 dhe 4.7% e popullsis\u00eb nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb asnj\u00eb aktivitet fizik. M\u00eb pas vijn\u00eb danez\u00ebt, holandez\u00ebt, gjerman\u00ebt, suedez\u00ebt, finlandez\u00ebt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ballkanasit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi shquhen p\u00ebr dembeliz\u00ebm. Pas Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb list\u00eb\u00a0 renditen serb\u00ebt, me 76% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kryen asnj\u00eb aktivitet fizik, t\u00eb ndjekur nga maqedonasit (56%).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ushtrimet sipas grupmoshave e qyteteve, durrsak\u00ebt vet\u00ebm rrin\u00eb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar nivelin e ushtrimeve aerobike gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb jave t\u00eb zakonshme, t\u00eb anketuarit shqiptar\u00eb u pyet\u00ebn: N\u00eb nj\u00eb jav\u00eb normale, a b\u00ebni aktivitete t\u00eb tilla si ecja, bi\u00e7ikleta, joga, ose gj\u00ebta t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb shtojn\u00eb ritmin e frym\u00ebmarrjes dhe rrahjeve t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs? N\u00eb total, vet\u00ebm 12% e femrave nga 15-49 vje\u00e7e raportuan se b\u00ebnin nj\u00eb form\u00eb ushtrimesh aerobike 5-7 her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb, 4% i b\u00ebjn\u00eb 3 ose 4 her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb, 3%\u00a0 e tyre nj\u00eb ose 2 her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb dhe 82% nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb asnj\u00eb lloj ushtrimi aerobik. Midis meshkujve t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs grupmosh\u00eb, 11% ushtrohen 5 deri n\u00eb 7 her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb, 7% ushtrohen 1 deri 4 her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb dhe 76% nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb asnj\u00eb lloj ushtrimi aerobik. Anketimi u krye nga Instat, p\u00ebr llogari t\u00eb Institutit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndetit Publik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">79.6% e grave n\u00eb qytet dhe 84% e atyre n\u00eb fshat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb asnj\u00eb ushtrim aerobik n\u00eb jav\u00eb, sipas INSTAT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Te burrat, kjo p\u00ebrqindje \u00ebsht\u00eb pak m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt, por mbetet gjithsesi m\u00eb e larta n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. 74% e burrave n\u00eb zon\u00ebn urbane dhe 78% n\u00eb at\u00eb rurale, nuk ushtrojn\u00eb asnj\u00eb aktivitet fizik gjat\u00eb jav\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas grupmoshave, m\u00eb aktiv\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, ku 73% e femrave nga 15 n\u00eb 19 vje\u00e7, nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb aktivitet fizik, kundrejt 85% t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 30-34 vje\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tek meshkujt, s\u00ebrish mosha 15-19 vje\u00e7 jan\u00eb m\u00eb aktivet (edhe p\u00ebr faktin q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb fiskultur\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb), me 63% q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb aktivitet, p\u00ebrkundrejt m\u00eb dembel\u00ebve po t\u00eb grupmosh\u00ebs\u00a0 30-34 vje\u00e7.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas shpesht\u00ebsis\u00eb, nga femrat, m \u00ebt\u00eb fiksuara jan\u00eb 15-19 vje\u00e7aret, 16% e t\u00eb cilave b\u00ebjn\u00eb aktivitet 5-7 her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa nga meshkujt jan\u00eb 40-44 vje\u00e7ar\u00ebt, 13.5% e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve b\u00ebjn\u00eb aktivitet fizik 5-7 her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas qyteteve, m\u00eb dembel\u00ebt jan\u00eb meshkujt durrsak\u00eb, 94.6% e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk praktikojn\u00eb asnj\u00eb ushtrim gjat\u00eb jav\u00ebs. M\u00eb aktiv\u00ebt jan\u00eb tiransit (61.9%), madje rreth 18% e tyre ushtrohen 5-7 her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga femrat, s\u00ebrish kryeson Tirana, q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb vajzave e grave q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb aktivitet, me 71.9% t\u00eb totalit (gati 19% e tyre ushtrohen 5-7 her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb, m\u00eb e larta n\u00eb rang republike), nd\u00ebrsa me dembelet jan\u00eb s\u00ebrish durrsaket, me 96% t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kryejn\u00eb asnj\u00eb ushtrim fizik gjat\u00eb jav\u00ebs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas raportit t\u00eb ISHP-, kryerja e rregullt e ushtrimeve jep efekte t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr zemr\u00ebn, si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb trupin. Provat akumuluese sugjerojn\u00eb q\u00eb madh\u00ebsia e k\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrfitimeve rritet proporcionalisht me intensitetin e ushtrimit individual, dhe ka rezultuar q\u00eb kryerja e rregullt e ushtrimeve mund t\u00eb zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb mosfunksionimin e vet\u00eb zemr\u00ebs dhe, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn pjes\u00ebrisht, t\u00eb rivendos\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb funksionuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive si pomp\u00eb. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme, literatura sugjeron se veprimtaria ushtrimore dhe fizike ka efekte t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin mendor.
